I ended up returning these mostly because I decided to go with the new Inov-8 Bare. I compared the F-Flys to the previous "version" F-lite 245's. The F-Fly's felt more cushiony but I felt the toe box didn't feel much wider than the 245's (which were ranked as a 4 under their previous fit system). The 245's fit better around the mid foot. Idk if that's due to the thicker Boomerang insole taking up more space. In any case, I didn't find the toe box wide enough for me and I decided to go with the Inov-8 Bare (which I love!). I tend to need a wide toe box like Topo's and Altra's.

Best CrossFit shoe yet. I have multiple INOV8s. The wider toe box and increased cushioning in the forefoot enables better performance in more movements, from lifting to jumping and running. Best shoe yet! Initially thought they were shorter than my other shoes, but they immediately molded to my foot and tow space feels just right. Thank you!

I admit, they aren't the most beautiful trainers I own, they look a bit awkward. But they are so comfortable, fit perfectly, and actually improved my posture and performance when doing weight lifting and strength exercises - they kind if anchor me firmly to the floor -, while still being okay for the treadmill, for example. The perfect hybrid shoes for bootcamp and circuit training. One small niggle, beside the look: the laces loosen easily, so you beed a double knot
Love these shoes. Fit me like a glove and feel light and springy.

I very nice, light weight base layer. I’ve been using it for 6 weeks or so in warm weather and it has kept me cool and it’s very good at wicking away sweat. I bought an XL and it fits me pretty well; it’s close fitting without being tight fitting.
Highe quality and comfortable. Slightly thicker material than earlier versions. I like my tops a little loose so because of the athletic fit I go a size.

Training in them for a few weeks now and they may be the best training shoe I've ever had!
Order and Shipping as expected, good. Shoe quality good. Cut is really small, normally I wear 305mm of all Brands. unfortunately since GB is no longer in EU returning is more complicated, as you have to pay for the return and you have to write an Invoice and have that separat to the shipping! Can not bring it to a regular Post Office. DHL was extremely Helpful and supportive, they even wrote an Invoice for me! But because of complications on return i will look for EU-based Stores
Felt comfortable right out of the box. Size ran the same as other crossfit shoes I've worn. Comfortable to lift weights in. All around good shoe so far.
These shoes are versatile. You can do everything in these shoes-lift, run, and everything else. However, that strength is their weakness. They are too soft to give the support needed in a max weight squat, clean, or snatch and too hard and heavy to run longer than a mile or two in. Also, for my wide feet, they are narrower than advertised. They are good and versatile shoes, but that versatility lets them down.
quite simply the best crossfit shoes i've owned. very light, very strong and very comfortable. Highly recommend these over my Metcons for comfort and durability
Best gym shoe I've bought in years
Such a FANTASTIC shoe! I’ve been a loyal purchaser of Nike and Reebok for CrossFit/functional fitness shoes up to this point. What I really liked about the inov8 shoes is how comfortable they are compared to Nike’s Metcons or Reebok’s Nano’s. Compared to Nike, the Inov8s have a wider toe box, and compared to Reebok, the Inov8s are considerably lighter. So, overall these shoes hit all the right marks! I’ve found these shoes work well for workouts that involve running, plyometrics, and lifting. It’s become my “go to” shoe!!! (And I also just recently bought a pair of Metcon 7 and Nano X1!) Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!!
