I decided to completely change my Current setup. I’ve been wearing orthotics and anti-pronation trainers for the last 40 years and decided to stop wearing them and find the shoe that meets my Current training needs and take up feet exercises. with all the research I did these trainers came up as the best for my walking and weight training exercise regime. My first reaction I noticed the inner sole was not as soft as all my other trainers More like a thick felt innersoleas opposed to foam like so not much cushioning. They are a bit wide but the Laces is allowing me to tighten them. I will find out as time goes on if they are too wide. I googled that they do wide fit and regular fit. I actually thought I was purchasing regular fit. I wore the shoes a few times in the house to get used to them. I liked the feel of them mainly due to the wide toe Box and my feet feel supported in them.I have only used them once for two hour workout.. I felt rubbing on the top of the big toe after about 90 minutes,I am female, i usually wear men’s size 10. trainers I did have to size up to a 10 1/2 with these which is what the general feedback was on different sites.

I got the F-LITE to work out at the Orange Theory. This is a difficult thing to do because most shoes aren’t made to handle a variety of different exercises. This is where the F LITE accels! From the Treads, Rowing, and even on the floor. I feel confident and my feet feel great. Not fatigued by pounding of All Outs, And. You can be confident the your feet won’t roll out on you during the floor exercises. I have definitely found my go to brand of athletic shoes.

I workout at the Orange Theory, so finding shoes for those workouts are more difficult because of the changes in activity. Going from Running on the treads to being on the weight floor require shoes that have different types of support. INOV8 has found the “Sweetspot” with the “F-LITE!” They are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever run the treads with. And they provide excellent support when performing weighted or body weight exercises. The F-LITE are “The BEST” shoes I’ve ever used. I actually went back and bough two pairs.

I bought these for "all round" use in a crossfit gym, and they are excellent. 1st day I wore them, they were on for about 6 hours (walking the floor / coaching rather than training) and they felt like I'd had them years, they were so comfortable. I've used them during a number of workouts now, and have had no issues. The biggest complaint, I might have to buy more & I have enough training kit already

I am giving the quality a 4/5 since the material used seems to be B+ grade and decent craftmanship. Given quality of the shoe, I feel it is at a reasonable price point and are comparable to larger shoe brands. The main issue is the fit (specifically for me), as I have slightly wide feet, the toe area of the shoes are wide, they do get very narrow and tight midfoot and heel area, which makes it slightly uncomfortable.

After almost a year of use (around 3 to 5 times a week for cross training), they don't seem to get old. But i do want to warn Inov8 for some disappointments regarding the quality i expect from them and their products (as i found it with the x-talon trail shoes series) : - imperfections of the manufacturing as you will see in one of the photos, there was too much glue on the inside of the right shoe, this made the laces sticky and dirty from the beginning - and last, the rubber outsole from the right shoe is already coming off (this might be also from the manufacturing but i'm not sure). I did notice this defect very early after, like some time after starting to using them I'm still happy because the first problem is just perfectionnism and the second one, even though it's a problem on a crucial fonction of the shoe, the problem doesnt seem to evolve for now.

I’ve been wearing versions of the F-Lite for 15 years and they’ve never disappointed. Quality, breathable, light-weight, flexible, yet strong - perfect for HIIT/CrossFit workouts. This latest version did run smaller than all previous versions I’ve tried over the last 15 yrs and I had to return it and get the half-size up. That was my only issue. Otherwise, great shoe!
