These are my second pair of INOV8 F-Lite's. I absolutely love them. Fit true to size. Comfy. Epic for CrossFit (including rope climbs). Also INOV8 is a great company!

Wide toe box. Great fit. Great stability for gym use. Great shoes for work (physical therapist). Look great aesthetically as well.

I love the wide toe box, and the breathable upper material. It is breathable but not sloppy. It still fits snug to your foot when doing plyometric type movements.

Best training show I’ve used. I have wide feet, and it is very difficult to find training shoes that fit my feet. These are great quality, shaped to actually fit your feet, and give you great stability without being too stiff.

I bought a pair of the size 9.5 wide version. The size is good and the size chart works well to get the right length. A couple of important things to note: the arch in the sole felt quite prominent compared to flatter shoes. This can make your feet feel tired more quickly. The second thing is that the removable sole the shoe comes with is very thick. This meant that my toes when flexed pressed up into the top of the toebox a bit painfully. The toebox has fairly stiff reinforcement around it. I would recommend changing the sole to a thinner one as this solved my issue. ( It does change the arch issue). Overall they have been very stable in all types of movements: box jumps, weightlifting, short runs etc.

Only used for 2 weeks, they feel fantastic in my crosstraining sessions, light, and quite stable. I think the wide toe box is really helpful too. Out of nano x1 and On cloud x3 that I've had so far, I think this could be the most comfortable. My only worry now is durability, cause nano and cloud have been beasts, they have no tears or wears except for the outsole ofcourse, if F-lite is as durable it will surely become by go-to shoe.

Shoes would benefit from the same rope guard as the fmax. Wish the heel cup.was deeper.

Excellent lightweight training shoe. Very stable, comfortable fit, wide toe box , secure in heel and mid foot. Good all around gym shoe. Stable for leg day lifting heavy weights. Good for doing short runs and sprints. Excellent grip and traction. Highly recommend!

I’ve had these a few weeks now and they’re my general workout gym shoes. So far so great. The new designs have really come full circle and are back to why I bought my first pair of the brand.

Not had a pair of innov8s since my F lites and fast lifts in 2014! They're still a great shoe in good nick, these new ones are just as good went for a wide fitting and they're perfect i switch between these and my vivo barefoots and prefer these tbh
