Very poor service.
Didn’t knock recipients door. Didn’t leave in designated safe space. Instead, chose to climb over a wall and place into a greenhouse. Absolutely bizarre. When contacting them to enquire as to the whereabouts of the parcel as it said it had been delivered (because they don’t provide photos as standard) spoken to like dirt and made to feel like I’m overreacting for just wanting to know where the parcel is. Very poor indeed.

Easy to send returns
How can Royal Mail compete? I’m never going to take a parcel to the Post Office ever again. Luckily the lockers are 2 minutes walk from my house but the whole thing is so quick, easy and safe.

Code number did not work at machine. Until I phoned the number on the machine and a member of staff intervened and sorted out the problem. We finally got the parcel.
