Overall good experience. One thing i could think would benefit from improvement is the clarity and design of the popup window for non Spanish customers.
They deliver very quick with secure pincodes. They also notify you of your parcel with clear instructions.

Fast delivery but damaged packet.
Fast delivery , but packet arrived torn and broken with the leg of the lamp protruding out of a hole in the box.The sender says the packet was well wrapped so I asume it was damaged and broken in transit.
