Well, my package wasn’t shipping and I was beginning to worry but an amazing worker named Jonah David made sure that my package was shipped and coming my way!
Feels like I’ve been stolen from
I ordered from them over a month ago and have received nothing even after emailing multiple times and trying to get in contact with them on social media still nothing. It’s so disappointing to because I love the brand but at the end of the day they have stolen my money, i don’t know how else to put it.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, I accidentally ordered two of the same top and thought I couldn’t cancel and get a refund but I emailed anyway. A lovely worker called hani emailed me back and got everything sorted for me she was absolutely brilliant and so kind.

I ordered two baby tees and one of them was slightly ripped in the sleeve. However, I emailed the IPWT team and there were super helpful in making amends. I got a free baby tee no shipping charge to replace the ripped one. Thank you!!

Awful and negligent
Awful, non existent customer service. DO NOT BUY. After 3 emails, 2 Instagram direct messages, 1 Tik Tok direct message and quite literally calling them out in their own tik tok comment section, not ONCE in 4 weeks has anyone bothered to reply to me. All the meanwhile they continue to post on their Instagram story & make tik toks. They’ve quite literally continued replying to and liking other comments right above mine, so I know they’ve seen it and are actively avoiding me and anyone else who is demanding information about their orders. In response to one user who commented ‘My order hasn’t arrived yet’ their literal reply was ‘It will be worth the wait 🫶🏻’. Not ‘How can we help?’ Or ‘Send us a message’ but the most patronising and blasé response I’d ever witnessed in my entire life. The hand heart emoji was the cherry on top. Who is running your social media??? All I wanted was an update after a month of radio silence, no dispatch email or tracking number. I’ve seen that quite a few of your customers have been waiting for longer than I have and frankly, perhaps it wouldn’t be as much of an issue if people could actually get into contact with you to verify you’re not a scam. Ridiculous. You’re not too busy to reply to emails if you can make content. I have screenshots of my multiple attempts at contact and will be warning other people.

Hani from inprintwetrust helped me super Well with my problem, i had 2 shirts pre orders and 2 not, she helped me very very Quick to just sent the 2 that are not pre orderd so i dont had to wait on the 4 shirts, but only on 2. Thankyou!!!!!!
Poor quality and uses unreliable postal service
Uses an unreliable postal service in Australia with very poor communication. Delivery took 16 days to deliver rather than the estimated 5-10 days.
Ordered one baby tee. Shirt has arrived smelling like a factory Shein item, and is poor quality - can see my bra clearly through the shirt. I would expect higher quality for this price. Also barcode sticker clearly from their shirt provider was still attached.
Would expect better quality for the price.
Only upside is that the design is accurate to the photos, fits as expected and their customer care representative Jella was very friendly and helpful.
