Outstanding service, quality products. Super happy

I would not recommend this company — they do not stand by their products.

I purchased a full house lot of expensive tapware from them, and two taps began leaking. I emailed Stephen (the owner) with a video showing the issue — he responded quickly at first, asking for my courier address. I replied immediately… then nothing.

A few weeks later, I followed up by email — still nothing. I called multiple times over several weeks — no answer. I spoke to someone else at Inres who was great, understood my frustration, and promised to pass on the message — still nothing.

I even contacted their head office, but they didn’t want to know and told me to deal with Inres. Now, more than two months later, nothing has been done.

I’m left with a house full of expensive tapware and no warranty support. Extremely disappointing service and a complete lack of follow-through.

Our experience eight years ago with In Residence purchasing tapware was superb in all aspects. Recently we required a replacement tap part and James made the entire process a breeze with sending the parts via overnight courier and providing clear instructions - it made for a simple job for this DIYer! Many thanks James and team for your outstanding service and affable approach. We’ve been telling all our friends!

The service James and Helvier gave was outstanding. James went above and beyond. He made the whole project enjoyable and easy. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I found In Residence to be extremely helpful and informative when it came to choosing my kitchen tapware. As we are not on mains pressure there were a few things to take into consideration. I went with the Perrin and Rowe Ionian 2 hole bench mounted mixer in satin brass that I love.

The service that the team provided was impressive: speedy, efficient and unfailingly polite. Well done!
