Thieves... They stole my money
I ordered this waterfall after I saw a Facebook ad and the reviews along with it; according to the order total supposed to be $14.99, but as everybody else who was a victim of these scammers the company charged my credit card extra 3 charges of $24.99, $79.99 and $97.95; I emailed and called the CS asking them to cancel these transactions but never heared back from them and I received an email from them today saying that the product was shipped. I learned my lesson and will never ever ever order anything through those fraudulent ads on social media

Do NOT buy!!! Waste of money
I wish I had gone to trustpilot reviews before buying. I normally check trustpilot reviews first, which saved me a lot of headaches in the past, but failed to do so on this occasion. Pointless to buy, a real waste of money, just emits unpleasant smoke so I returned but had to pay return postage of £32.70.

Fraud website: This is a scam website
This is a scam website. It pop up in the frauds’heaven of Instagram. They ask for little price and then scam your card and take over £100. When I sent a fraud alart, I contacted her and she is refusing to refund, even when I said it was a fraudulent purchase within minutes of the transaction.
Not in UK and probably not USA based. The lady seems to be Indian, so I re in it us a India based scammer.

These people have ripped me off for £86.26 they say the item price came to 32.28 I paid with paypal then an hour later they took another £53.98 I didnt not authorise this and when I emailed them to cancel it within a few hours they offered me some free inssnce to continue I said no I want a refund they didnt answer so I emailed them 3 more times to say please cancel and refund then I got an email to state they had posted the items they have ripped me off do not buy from them they ignore your emails and do not want to give refunds or cancel orders, this has cost me nearly £87 for 2 incense waterfalls that are on Amazon for £10 each anyway complete rip off company
