Terrible customer service
I sent several messages requesting to cancel an order that was still pending. I never received any acknowledgment or reply. Now the order has shipped. I contacted Citywide Shop, once again and have received no reply. I do not want the item and do not want to pay to ship it back. Terrible customer service and no way to call directly. Will not shop here again!
No communication or customer support
After placing my order, Citywide confirmed receiving it. Several days went by and it did not ship. No further information was provided. I reached out to customer support multiple times with no response. Finally after 10 days I saw that they had cancelled it. No reason was given - not worth the frustration!

Communication is really bad
Communication is really bad, I’ve been trying to get in contact with citywideshop for the past 5 or 6 days sending emails every day and they haven’t had the courtesy of answering my emails about what happened to my order. I ask for a refund but nothing,it’s been 2 weeks since I placed the order.
Very poor communication
I tried to cancel transaction and had no luck. I sent them an email five minutes after purchase and they never responded back. They processed the order and shipped very quickly, and the order was correct. They just did not follow THEIR cancelation policy.
It was a very good price
It was a very good price. However, my order was on hold for a whole day which was perplexing. Shipping was much slower than other online shopping places, but acceptable. Order arrived from a different company. Not sure how the two are connected and I found nothing on the website that said they were which was also perplexing.

Didn't know if this was legit, since the price was way lower than anywhere else. Took a chance, got what I ordered just as expected and I can't seem to find any catch. So, 5 stars from me! Only thing I found myself wondering was whether a warranty would be honored, if they were an authorized reseller or not. Don't know the answer to that, but I kept trying to find the catch.

Damaged smoker
I brought a electric smoker and it came damaged. I contacted them and they told me that they would replace the item.And that a carrier would contact me to pick it up . I never heard anything from anyone.And now they won’t respond to my emails.The smoker has been sitting here going on a month now.And no response at all. Very poor customer service and I spent a lot of money for this item.
