Expected to receive my patio set by now; takes too long to get my order

I would give this a 5 star if the round…

I would give this a 5 star if the round table was delivered and not a rectangle table. Waiting on resolution, will update rating when correct item is received.

Edit: giving them a 5 star only because they were willing to resolve the issue. Had to keep the table because father took it out the box and got rid of the box- not the fault of the seller. Had to settle for the rectangle table. Lesson learned. Mistakes will always happen in any industry. Good luck to all.

IDisrespected and ignored customer

I sent you multiple messages through your contact page, including attempting to cancel the order some hours before you notified me that it was in the fulfillment phase (so you just sent it anyway - so I have to pay to return it if I don't want to keep it). And there were other relevant questions I asked but never got a reply - not even one - never - that's really bad folks. I am considering returning the $140 item now just because of the way I was disrespected - my time and effort were not recognized or responded to - arrogant and unconcerned with your customers needs it seems. What say you - I am so totally not expecting to get a reply from you!!! PS - when I got to CitiWide I was really impressed with your product offerings, and said so in my first contact, and planned to shop with you again, but not now, it seems!!!

Good Price, great product, fast shipping

I was looking for an alternative to the Phillips Hue bulbs at a decent price and CityWide Shop had it with the LIFX bulbs. I bought four BR30's. they came in three boxes and all work great. Great price too. Fast shipping, best price, great product, what else can you ask for?

I give you 2 stars because you…

I give you 2 stars because you overcharged me for the 2 heaters. You didn’t give me the BJs Club price which was cheaper, but you sent me the heaters that came from BJs. I should have been allowed to pay the $39.99 per heater price. You tricked me—I’m not happy about that!

Unhappy Customer

We placed our order on Sept 15th. We have not received our expensive outdoor furniture to date. I have called the phone # listed to confirm delivery and no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. I emailed to email address listed and have not heard back from anyone. Still waiting for my order. Today is October 3rd. Not very happy at this time with your company.
