When this pendant arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at its size and quality. But what truly melted my heart, was the inscription... it really was identical to my daughters handwriting. My only disappointment was the amount of ashes it held, for such a large pendant, it held no more than a few grains, it was very tricky getting them in, the funnel was too tiny to pass any ashes at all. But I can not be disappointed in the pendant over all, I love it!
