The pendant and chain are great quality. I was able to put some of my late sons hair into the pendant. The inscription on the pendant both back and front match my late son's handwriting from when he was 5. Years old . Inscripture ensured the handwriting matched perfectly ,part of my initial photo was missing part of the letter n. They contacted me to respond a photo. Fantastic service and quality
