Excellent products and customer service. Throughout the process, the team here were very clear and communicated really well. We were impressed by the range of choices and the end results are fantastic in three windows, including a really awkward bay window. Hayley, Dan and the installers were also really nice to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend.

They were friendly and helpful from the off, kept me up to date with how things were going regularly but not excessively, and the shutters are just great. The guys who fitted them were polite, punctual and very tidy. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my new shutters! The whole process from start to finish was great. Daniel, Hayley and the team were super friendly, helpful and communicative throughout. I'm really impressed by the quality of the shutters themselves, London Interior Shutters are great value for money compared to the other quotes we had back from bigger companies.

I'm so happy with my new shutters! If you're considering these guys then I would recommend at least getting one of the quote estimates from the website since my experience was that this was a realistic figure.

I had originally wanted to do the self-measure kind of shutters to save cash, and I spent a lot of time researching and corresponding with different suppliers about how they would work, where the frame would attach, the frame type, and so on. While the various companies were always nice and helpful, I hit various issues with things like the hooks that you use to open the shutters being in the way, the depth from the frame to the glass, etc etc. I ended up feeling quite dejected and like it might not even be possible to have them on my windows because ordering bespoke would be so pricey.

I looked up some other companies who offer the whole measuring/fitting service along with the shutters, and the first ones I looked at were a lot more expensive than the self-measure kind. Then I did a quick quote on the London Interior Shutters website, and was amazed that it seemed so reasonable... naturally it's more expensive than the DIY kind but they visit to measure and fit the blinds so that you don't have the risk of something going wrong.

They then sent someone to do the measure (I had to pay a deposit because of not being very close to their location, although it was then deducted from the invoice when I ordered), and they confirmed the quote I'd already seen on the website which was very comforting. They gave me great advice on the order specs (e.g. recommending a narrower slat to be more traditional-looking and showing me examples of the different materials in person) which made decision-making much easier.

The lead time was pretty long when I ordered (3-4 months), and I would recommend to them that they're clear about the typical lead times on the website since the information advertised was a little out of date which could lead to disappointment. Personally I ended up splashing out on the express service which meant it was more like 6-8 weeks; this was well worth it for me as I'd had a horrible old brown curtain draped over the window for ages.

The fitting was easy to arrange and took maybe 40 minutes in total; they're happy to come on a Saturday if it works for you. Everything was clear and straightforward and communication was good throughout the process.

This is long, so I will just conclude by saying I would 100% recommend London Interior Shutters and would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with London Interior shutters - white glove service, fair (and very competitive prices), beautiful job done on our not so standard victorian bay windows. Well worth the wait. We chose them based on a friend's recommendation, recommended them ourselves to our neighbours (who now have matching shutters) and we will be using them again to put shutters in another area of our house!

They went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble particularly when a previous tradesman had chipped the shutter base and denied all knowledge and the team very kindly made good. I had an excellent experience with them and I would highly recommend them

Alex came on time with a helper and a very professional job he did. I really am blown away with the difference the shutters have made. There is so much more light and the shutters look lovely and I can angle the louvres so that passers-by can't look in without compromising on the light. Absolutely perfect. I only wish I had contacted this company sooner.

Very honest, friendly and straight forward company to deal with. I contacted London Interior Shutters last summer for indicative quote from drawings which I received. I was happy with the quote but it actually reduced slightly on site visit and measuring which was a pleasant surprise (and very honest of them). We've waited a while for the shutters but lead times for quality shutters are the same everywhere and we knew this when we ordered. Shutters were fitted today and we couldn't be happier. Beyond our expectations and whole family loves them. Many thanks to Hayley, Daniel and Alex for really great product and service at the right price!!
