We've had a very positive experience with London Interior Shutters. Both the original measuring team and the fitting team yesterday (Max) were courteous, tidy and skilled.

Hayley kept us up to date about the Shutters lead time, which was lengthy given the recent global shipping issues- however, this had been explained before we placed the order.

No hesitation about recommending the company, having used this site to originally choose them!

Excellent professional customer service. The shutters are exactly what we wanted, designed how we wanted them and of a high quality finish. We had shutters in the past from the leading brand in the sector, and they weren’t as nice and cost 4 times more! We had to change the shutters after changing our windows and we wanted to support local businesses during the pandemic. Yes the lead time was longer (16weeks) but totally worth the wait. The installation was very quick, professional and no mess at all. Couldn’t recommend London Interior Shutters more.

We are absolutely delighted with our shutters. They have been perfectly installed and look so smart and elegant. They’ve made a massive difference to the inside and outside of the property and have improved our kerb appeal a considerable amount! The service from beginning to end has been second to none and Dan, Hayley and Max have been very professional and friendly to deal with and have kept us abreast of the progress with our order. The service from start to finish was extremely professional and I was very pleased with the final product quality and speed of installation was spot on. Price also reasonable again factoring quality of product. Long lead in time for the product but worth the wait.
