Its been 17 days since i ordered a coil. Still have not recieved it. I also never received a tracking number, nor a response to 4 emails. 4 thumbs down

Very Helpful
Unfortunately the item I ordered although I liked turned out to be unsuitable. I cannot fault their helpful response. They tried to find a suitable alternative and when they couldn’t they arranged prompt refund including return postage.

Glad to help, it was annoying that those handmade birds varied so much in colour and that we couldn't find you one with more blue in and of course there was no question about issuing immediate refund along with the returns postage and the goodwill gesture of us refunding the delivery postage paid on the rest of the order.
