Although not as inexpensive as getting a French SIM card, this was a very convenient service for a short trip. I appreciated being able to get help with directions and recommendations of where to go. I would definitely use insidr again.

It’s like having a local travel guide in our pocket, informing us daily the best current local events happening in Paris that is not in the travel guide and Nina and her team are so helpful for all of our on-the-spot queries from where to eat, latest art exhibition, to arranging airport pickup.

Insidr just make our travel in Paris so easy. Totally love it.

Very careful in business.
Complete and detailed instructions are provided before I departure from Taiwan. And it is also convenient to get and use it locally (I get INSIDR in CDG Airport, France).
Finally, some situations occurred during the return. The management team gave great help in the process of returning, and the reply on the contact was very rapid.(Contacting and assisting the return process seem like a Japanese employee. I thanks a lot for her !! :) )

We spent 10 days in Paris this summer and relied on INSIDR every day. The pick up and drop off at the airport was easy and the UI pretty intuitive. We particularly liked exploring Paris without a schedule and then, when the spirit moved us, asking INSIDR for a dining recommendation. Only once did we get turned away because we didn't have a reservation (our fault) and the recommendations were awesome. We used the underground extensively and got prompt responses as to the best routes to take. It really was like having your very own concierge service (not to mention free local calling). I definitely will use it again!

This fabulous tool was invaluable to our 4 day visit to Paris (June 2018)! I know only a few French words, but the staff's English is perfect. We picked up our phones in person, but they also texted lots of info and tips. Big tip: Paris Museum Pass. The phones apps made it very easy to navigate the Metro and bus system, walking around town knowing we couldn't get lost, find restaurants, attractions, and text with my sister from miles away.The Inside phone is worth every penny!

Having this phone service was like having a personal concierge with me 24/7. I was able to get advice about hotels, neighborhoods, and local taxi service that I would not have otherwise known about. INSIDR even booked a low-cost taxi service for me when I needed to get to the train station to make an early connection. When my flight was delayed, I was able to make alternate arrangements to pick up my phone, and when I made a change in my hotel, I was able to drop off my phone at the new location--lots of flexibility. The phone came loaded with lots of helpful apps. Staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. If you do not speak French, this is not a problem, as the staff speaks/writes excellent English. Flexible and Friendly Service!

I felt that I had a friend in Paris! Anytime and every time I reached out the team was there--- thanks guys. I loved being exposed to all the options of things to do in Paris-- things off the beaten tract. Loved the guided tours of certain areas of Paris and took several of those tours. The phone's camera was also top notch. Took so many pictures. Will call again on my next trip to Europe!

Best investment we made while on vacation in Paris!

We have used insidr three times and each time it has been an amazing service to us! We love being able to use our regular phones as well with the hot spot.
The morning messages of what is going on for the day is great as well! It is like having a phone a friend for any questions you might have!
We have also taken it to London and Amsterdam with us as well for day trips! We recommend this service to anyone visiting Paris!

I had been waiting for a smartphone rental service in Paris for years--without knowing it. I'd tried switching to a "European" plan from my U.S. provider, even buying a cheap flip phone once I arrived, but nothing comes close to unlimited fast data. Add to that maps, recommendations, and fantastic service.

I even used INSIDR's phone as a wifi device to catch up on my own phone.

Once I needed some help with a phone and a member of the INSIDR team met me as I switched trains in the Metro. He brought me a new phone and I was on my way.

I travel often, and I only wish there was a similar service in every city I visit.

Insidr was amazing: great service from a very kind and knowledgable group of people, a great phone with reliable data, voice, and texts, and convenient pickup at CDG airport (but don't pass out of the secure area without getting your phone!).

The delivery, function and support in using this INSIDR Phone were excellent during a solo visit to Paris and Tours in July 2018. I can certainly recommend them and look forward to using it again in Paris and other European trips.

We relied heavily on our INSIDR equipment (with all its apps and human support) during our trip to Paris and beyond (even into Spain) despite our having many other gadgets and apps and guides at our disposal. But of course our gadgets relied on what we consider the main benefit of INSIDR: its providing portable wifi throughout our travels. I will say there was a problem with INSIDR's finding us at CDG, but the staff was honest and gracious in its apologies. It's a company that cares about its customers.

Tried the Insidr Paris phone service in May and could not have been more pleased! Easy to pick up at CDG and return by mail. Used to make on line restaurant reservations requiring a call-back number and the ability to use as a Wifi hot spot for other phones was convenient. Highly recommend Insidr Paris!!

Highly recommended and made a world of diifference in our vacationing experience! Insidr booked dining reservations, knew when museums were closed, rerouted directions to us due to public transportation strikes in Paris. It was like having a friend living in Paris guiding us by text messsage. Having a local smartphone as a wireless hotspot is an incrediblely liberating experience when on vacation! We always recommend inside to all our friends!

In April 2018, my wife and I took our first trip to Paris. We didnt want to purchase a phone for only 8 days. We needed to have Maps, texting, and other capabilities to communicate with our son and could not figure out the whole ORANGE phone thing. I stumbled gratefully upon INSIDR. These folks delivered a phone, set it up for me and taught me how to use it. Then they helped me for the whole TRIP! “Here’s a good idea for you today. Here’s how to get here or there. Here’s a good place to eat.” They were responsive and at the end, I just dropped my phone off at the airport! Magnificent service!
