I visited Paris in 2017 and learned of insidr from another traveler at the airport. It couldn’t have been easier..someone delivered the phone to our hotel and we were off. Used the mapping, my daughter used the hotspot feature to stay connected to social media, and I appreciated the daily tips and suggestions

This is a quintessential service that helps optimize your time when in a new city! I used this service for my first trip to Paris (in May 2017) upon word-of-mouth recommendation by a friend. This INSIDR smartphone service exceeded my expectations and truly made our time exploring France memorable. Every single person who we encountered with INSIDR was professional and helpful. They spoke English beautifully and worked to ensure that every question was answered. These people are happy, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about your experience. The device worked beautifully as described and was personally delivered to us upon arrival at our flat. We got a brief introduction to how to use the mobile device and the apps already installed. We had constant communication with their team online and were even given the opportunity to get surprise (free) tickets to a fashion show. When my husband was ill, unexpectedly, the team provided lots of good information on how we could get medical attention quickly. Having a local number was really helpful to connect with my Parisian friends, too. Being able to have accurate information at my fingertips was a huge comfort! This is especially helpful it is your first trip, if French is not your language and/or if you are traveling alone. In my opinion, this is a quintessential resource and service that helps optimize your time when in a new city! I highly recommend this service and will use it again when I have the opportunity to travel to Europe. Everything positive that you have read or heard about this is true! I can reassure you that this service is worth every dollar and you will be really glad you have this on-hand! When our trip was over, we met the INSIDR representative at the airport and turned in the device easily. Can I give this service 10 stars? I used the smartphone during a recent trip to France and can't express how useful the phone was and how easy it was to rent and return. The service was absolutely the best and the phone and hotspot was high quality. I would use the service again and recommend it highly.

The phone and app were excellent. I would give five stars but the trains were running late so we had to wait a little while at the airport till the rep arrived to give us our phone... no big deal, but a slight inconvenience. Other than that, we were very happy with all the value we got for a very reasonable cost.

Using the Insidr service was incredible! Best decision when travelling to Paris! They were super responsive and provided detailed tips and info on venues each day. There service was outstanding. Delivered the phone to our hotel promptly and met us at the airport for retrieval. The entire process was effortless. It was like having a local at your disposal at any moment. Just incredible!!!

I coukd not have been happier with this service. They met me at the airport and set me up. After a day my phone was having trouble keeping a charge and they dropped a new one off at the hotel pronto. It made driving around France for a couple if weeks so much easier and enjoyable. I would definitely use the service again. Highly recommended.

I loved how easy it was to have someone meet us at the CDG airport in Paris and show us how to use the phone. It was a great way to get around the city and look up where to eat and to get recommendations via various chat rooms w others or to see their questions as well. Great service and so helpful. Well worth it.

Used this service for a long weekend in Paris. We got it as an economic alternative to overseas cell phone charges. Turned out to the best purchase of the entire trip. Of course the wifi hot spot worked great for us, but we found tremendous value with the preloaded apps. Loved the walking tours. Used those to get away from the tourist spots. Also loved being able to ask a question despite not being able to speak French. We decided to try a Michelin star restaurant. The chat group recommended a perfect restaurant for us in our budget. Perfect for enjoying Paris spontaneously with some insider knowledge

We were very pleased with the delivery to our hotel and the ability to use GPS and find addresses in Paris during our week's trip.

It was handy for a visit to our banker, as well. We could receive a text code on the spot!

All in all, this is a service that combines convenience with practicality.

INSDR is a fabulous service that helps any tourist get around in Paris and throughout France. Any questions in regards to travel, food, and activities are quickly resolved by a quick and clear response by INSDR. I have used it on two occasions, and my family as well making each trip efficient and tourist-trap free.

A great affordable service in Paris. The phone and the apps are great and helpful. But technology aside, it is the personal touches of the creators and other locals in form of guidance, tips, suggestions etc that sets this service apart. Wish it was available in more cities in europe.

Using INSIDR was one of the most successful things we could have done when we traveled to Paris in 2017. We had never been there and did not want to purchase an international mobile phone plan. We very easily reserved the phone and picked up the airport and began using it the first day. A couple of the highlights that particularly helped me was being able to text the group at any time and someone would immediately get right back to me. I told them where i was and they'de tell me a great restaurant nearby, and not touristy restaurants-- ones that are popular with locals. and they would even make reservations for you! Another example: i was looking for a second hand shop to get my daughter something (because that's what she likes to wear) and they texted me where 3 cool second hand shops were--and they were packed!!! And they'd even include directions!! Another thing i also loved about having the phone was the citimapper app. It worked so well from leaving our hotel to the metro (it even tells you what stop to get off and where on the train its the least crowed) to wherever we wanted to go. You can use it as much or as little as you wanted. And when we were checking out of our hotel i just left it at the front desk.

Great service. I never had to worry about anything while in France, as I knew that I had people who would answer all my questions and even provide recommendations and advice. I couldn't believe how cheap it was for the service provided. Unlimited data and a concierge. Worth every penny and then some.

I reserved my INSIDR smartphone online, and it was ready when I arrived at the airport at the Tourist Information Desk. They emailed me to ask which flight I was on so that it was at the nearest desk from our terminal. We didn't use the calling option but used it as a wifi hotspot throughout Paris for 5 days and had great speeds with no connection issues. Battery lasted the full day for our use. I selected the postage return option, so I dropped it off at a mail box in the CDG airport. I would definitely use them again on my next trip to Paris.

We picked up our INSIDR phone at the airport upon arrival in Paris, and found it both easy to use and invaluable. The subways and buses are so easy to use with the information always at your fingertips and up to the minute. We could find what we needed in our neighborhood, or wherever we happened to be. And the staff were super helpful. We contacted them several times with questions, and for the ones they needed to research, they always called us back promptly with helpful answers. They also provide daily updates of things you might want to know, like which street markets will be happening. I would recommend this service especially for anyone who will not be using her or his own smart phone there. And note, even if you never used one before, this is so easy, plus they are available to help. I would not even consider visiting Paris without one of these!

We had a great time in Paris thanks to the LG phone sent to our hotel with very little notice! Nina and the rest of the team also were able to provide instant recommendations on a restaurant in our area that would be tired-kid-friendly, and even called ahead to get a table for us. The mobile hotspot was a lifesaver for being able to orient ourselves and plan our trip as we went - it's important to be flexible when traveling with kids, as they may have their own ideas about the schedule. Would definitely use them again!

Instant and excellent support form the team

Just booked the airport shuttle from Paris to CDG in the early morning, the driver is super on time and handle our heavy luggages without worry. I am really love the that, will schedule again when I in there. Free for worry:)
