Used insidr on a two week work trip and it was so convenient and worked great! So nice to not have to worry about minutes or bills. They are super helpful and willing to answer questions about the phone or the city. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

I used the Insidr phone while in Paris last year. It was great! I loved having people I could turn to to get restaurant recommendations, based on where I was at the time. Very cool. The staff was very helpful, both before I signed up for the service, as well as during the use of the Insidr phone. I would definitely use their service again and would recommend them to friends spending time in Paris.

NSIDR customer service is spot on and the cost of the service is totally worth it even you only use the phone for its mobile hot-spot wifi capability. I recently used an INSIDR phone for 7 days in Normandy and in Paris. It was my GPS in the rental car as well as walking the alleyways of the city. Every contact I had with the staff was responded to immediately with a very friendly attitude and in perfect english.
I also used their new chauffeur service from CDG to my AirBnB apartment near the Louvre. It was a very fair price, on-time pick up, professional, friendly and english speaking driver. The car was perfect size for us and spotless.
We had an early morning train to catch from Paris to Milan so INSIDR founder, Ben, showed up near my apartment the night before and personally collected the phone. These are really nice people offering great services for a fair price. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend INSIDR to all.

The service was super useful while I traveled to Paris. It was my first time traveling to Europe, more so in country with language barriers. I was very worried about how I was going to get around and get service for my mobile since its super expensive to change a SIM card or add international service. It was very convenient to pick up and drop off. My phone was delivered to my hotel and it came with all of the useful apps that I needed to take me around Paris! I am an IPhone iOS user and the phone I received was an android. I was afraid I wasn’t able to use it but the format/skin they upload it on was easy to use! The apps were easily accessible on the home page by just a click! I love the community message feature they offer, they gave really great recommendations in the surrounding areas for restaurant, landmarks, and things to do. I highly recommend their service! They were very responsive throughout my week trip there to answer any questions and concerns I had. I’m heading back in two months and will be using INSDR again.

Absolutely THE BEST service I have ever used while travelling. Staff couldn't be more helpful, no need to muck around with sim cards, and genuine local knowledge instantly on tap. If this is your first time to a city it's a no brainer, even if are returning you will find the INSIDR phones a wonderful tool. Thanks again to everyone.

INSIDR Is Outstanding! I reserved an INSIDR phone before our trip to Paris as a backup to our personal smartphones in case our phones did not work. We had two Iphones and two Android phones that we had set up for use in Paris. When we arrived at CDG, after an exhausting flight, none of our personal phones worked. However, the INSIDR man (actually one of the owners of the company) was there to deliver our backup phone. He also showed us why our other phones were not working. However,the INSIDR phone quickly became our primary phone because it was set up to help us navigate Paris as easily as possible and always worked. It included many extra features that added to our trip and was worth much more than we paid for the rental. One tip in the INSIDR "Ten Things NOT to do in Paris" saved us hundreds of Euros. The owners of INSIDR are a brother and sister team with a passion for travel and helping travelers experience their home. We are very pleased that their business is a success and is expanding to other areas. we will enthusiastically use INSIDR at every opportunity.

I can't say enough good things about Insidr phone service. They met me just outside the arrival doors and gave me a lesson on the phone. They programmed my hotel location so I could push one button and it would tell me how to get there from anywhere in Paris. Great phone. Great pictures. Communication before arrival was spot on. The price is a bargain compared to paying for international cell rates. When we left, they even let us leave the phone at the front desk of our hotel for pick up. I would tell ANYONE to use Insidr. The phone is also loaded with great information and they will help you if you text them for advice or information.

The delivery was flawless and the phone made our walks easy. The INSIDR phone made it easy to plan destinations and food stops (with kids ages 4 and 6). It took the stress out of planning.

Quite simply, the most essential part of your travel is to book a phone with Insidr before you leave for Europe. We used Insidr for a 6 day trip to Paris and it turned out to be the reason why we were able to do so much more during our trip.

Our Canadian carrier offered a meager 100MB of roaming data throughout Europe, which, for a family of four with large mobile appetite was simply meaningless.

Enter Insidr. Their service offered a wifi hot point so we could tether all phones and get unlimited data without using our Canadian mobile plan. We could stay in touch with friends and family, post pics on Facebook, get directions on Google maps, lookup transit routes, all without worrying about data consumption.

As an added bonus they have a large team of volunteers that quickly respond to your query. Want to find the best baguettes in Montmartre? Simply pose a query to their group and within minutes (if not sooner) someone will post a response.

A few months after we returned, some of our friends were visiting Paris and we recommended Insidr to them. They had the same wonderful experience with their Insidr booking.

Excellent product and service. Was met right outside the gate and given a full explanation of the phone and apps. Extremely helpful in getting around Paris and the team made fantastic recommendations. Left it at the hotel front desk upon check-out. Couldn't have been easier - highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We used the Insidr smartphone on our last trip to Paris. We found it easy to use, and full of great information. Restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, transit tips, and shopping recommendations were just a few of the useful features. It takes the worry out of using our own cell phone to make calls for reservations, etc. My wife wanted to get her hair done, so we contacted one of the Insidr team, and they found a place with an opening that day whose staff spoke English. Happy wife - Happy life!

I rented an INSIDR phone last year for about two weeks in France. Overall it was very useful and convenient and made our trip easy in many different ways. The cost was reasonable, as well. The one problem I had was that that phone did not keep a charge for long enough and I was constantly having to recharge. I thought something was wrong with the phone so INSIDR sent me a replacement phone but the same thing happened. It may have been because we used it a lot as a GPS while traveling and this emptied the charge too quickly. To their credit, INSIDR did reimburse me for part of the fee, to compensate for the problems. I'd use them again on my next trip.

We planned a 2 week Paris and Normandy tour on our own. The smartphone was a life saver using the Metro and the train to Versailles. Then our rental car for the drive to Normandy and back to CDG developed a problem. I was able to have Enterprise field support reach me using the INSIDR. Sweet.

The phone workel flawlessly and we cranked up the wifi hotspot to run our tablets. Worked better than home in Virginia. The WAZE driving App was used to full extent

Honestly, I am so sad I didn't do this sooner. With vacations (always) so short, it's great to make the best use of your time. INSIDR does just that, giving you real updates on the newest, most trendy, most iconic and, also, favorite hidden gems of Paris. I was surprised by how helpful not only the device was but the INSIDR team. They were always happy to help and provide insider tips and tricks about activities. In fact, each day we received updates on weather and how to best prepare for the day. They were helpful with consuming details like closing times, travel times, tax refund and other tourists mistakes that can easily eat up time if not planned correctly. Thank you 100 times to the team and I can not wait to watch INSIDR continue to grow!
