Invaluable! The hot spot function alone is worth the price. The concierge service is fantastic. Would get one again in a heartbeat.

Have the insidr devise was like having a trusted friend in Paris! Not only was it very easy and convenient to pick-up at the airport, it was also easy to drop off at my hotel upon departure.

I used it all day long to get advise on what to see in Paris and how to get there. It was so easy to connect with the Insidr team via text when I had questions. There were daily suggestions of what to do and where to go. It was fantastic!

Whenever we plan a trip to Europe, working with INSIDR is the first item on our pre-trip checklist. We have worked with them many times now - when they just started, and as they have added features and countries to their offering. The team is incredible, and I can't imagine navigating Europe without their assistance!

We used the Paris Insidr Smartphone and services in April of 2017 and could not have loved the company more. Everything from the delivery of the phone at our hotel and training, to the tech support we received the one time the phone got a little fussy, to the return at the airport upon our departure could not have been better. The phone and the content provided by the Insidr team was integral to our vacation from our stay in Paris to our time traveling through Provence. Being able to tether our digital devices whether it was our iPhones or our Windows tablet with unlimited data was amazing. We have since recommended the Paris Insidr to friends and family visiting and they all raved about it. We plan on using the Insidr again for a trip to Italy in 2019!

We loved having the INSIDR phone and team at our disposal on our most recent trip to Paris. It made life so much easier. They had great recommendations on food and the best places to get views of the city. Would highly recommend!

In planning our trip to France and then on to Germany and then back to France, we were looking into cell phone options and what was available. We looked into several options and then I came across the Insidr website. This is exactly what we were looking for. After contacting Insidr and sharing our trip agenda with them, they put together a cell phone package for us that was ideal. Not only was the Insidr smartphone a life-saver in France but it was also very, very useful throughout Germany. It performed flawlessly except for one day when there was a minor glitch but the probably was quickly resolved by the team at Insidr. The pick-up and drop-off of the phone at the airport was simple and the quick tutorial was slick and easy. The Insidr support team was most helpful and very professional. We enjoyed the daily updates and suggestions were greatly appreciated as were many of the additional features on the smartphone. We have told many of our friends that are traveling to France that they need to seriously consider Insidr for their cell phone needs as they travel through France (Europe). I know that when we travel to Europe next year, we will be looking to see if there is an Insidr branch or location where we are traveling. This smartphone made our trip so much better and enjoyable. We're huge fans of Insidr smartphones and their services!

Great customer service! Used the phone in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands with no problems. Very convenient and useful.

I have strongly recommended Insidr to several people. The phones have loads of content and are easy to use. They're easy to pick up and drop off, and the staff are wonderful.

This is my 2nd time using Insidr Paris on my trip to europe. First was in January of 2016 when they were a new company. The service was truly first class as our phone was hand delivered to our airbnb by the company's CEO and he walked us through the features of the phone and the service. It made our first time in Paris so much more productive as it provided us with tools to navigate the city, book tours..and best of all their chat service is always available helping us with real time tips on what, where to do and go!
This summer of 2018, we rented 2 units as we were a larger group. THis again made our trip so much more easier as they helped us navigate through Paris, Lndon, Rome and Venice. Our phones were also tethered to the Insidr phones so all 5 of us in our group had access to our own personal phones at all times... Twitter and Facebook was updated by each of us in real time! I am so happy that their service within Europe has since gotten wider as I dont see myself exploring the continent without their service. The cost of the phone cant beat what an international roaming rate wouldve been if I paid it through my US based phone carrier. The service was amazing and the data plan was enough for the usual email, web surf, social media etc all day!

Passport, plane ticket, flat, a few euros and an INSIDR phone — plus the lovely people behind it — that’s all I need to feel at home in Paris. It’s a great product and the most beautiful service — all the info and advice I need at my fingertips. See you all again, Nina, Ben and the rest of the team!

Great staff. Very nice and helpful. Communication with them during our stay in Paris was great. Easy pick-up and drop-off. We recommend their services most highly.

This will be our 3rd time in as many years to use Paris INSIDR. For us, regular visitors to Paris, it is great to have a local phone and WiFi access. The INSIDR team has also been very helpful when we have questions about places to eat, things to do or places to go in whichever arrondissement we happen to be.

This year and last, we have taken advantage of the Europe-wide phone coverage when in countries other than France. We know we will have WiFi Hotspot wherever we go.

The INSIDR team has always been helpful and friendly -- the service is very convenient. I recommend this for travelers from the USA.

Best cell option for travel to Paris!!! I rarely travel overseas but was taking my 3 kids to Paris for spring break. I had no idea what the best method for having cell service would be. My carrier, AT&T was going to cost a ridiculous amount to use my own phone. Somewhere I read about Insidr Paris and it seemed like a perfect, affordable solution and almost too good to be true.
There were many good reviews so I went ahead and signed up for the service for our trip. I could not have been happier! I paid for delivery to our Air Bnb and it was quickly delivered. I ordered the charging bank as well. I had all 3 of my kids hot spotting throughout the day and we were never without service. The phone battery was very long lasting and the power bank was awesome to have when needed.
Was so happy I found this service. It’s a brilliant business! Loved having a concierge to contact with questions about lines at attractions and info about the city. I needed to call to the states to contact my credit card company. I had only ordered the local service. I chatted w the Insidr rep and they quickly added the international calling service to my phone and took it off the next day when I no longer needed it.
Great company - huge life saver having use of the phone on my trip. I would recommend it to anyone!!!!!

INSIDR is a must-have for first-time travellers to France. We used it in Paris as well as a week in a little country town of Sarlat in the Dordogne area. The wifi worked well & the apps (especially the translation one) were invaluable when you can't speak the language. We used the hotel drop off & pick up service which was very helpful. We had no problems at all & highly recommend this service.

Great service and value. We missed the pickup spot on our way out in CDG, but the people at the service desk rushed to hunt down two phones for us. After that, everything work perfectly.

I arranged to get a phone from INSIDR before I travelled to Paris and couldn't have been more pleased. They were waiting to give it to me at the airport but I completely forgot until I got to my airbnb. They were super gracious and delivered it to me there. At the end of my trip they picked it up. The smartphone was set up and super easy to use. I was able to stay in contact with friends and family back home via Facebook, Google Hangouts, Skype, etc as well as use Google maps to get around.

They also had a bunch of Whatsapp groups set up. One was to give daily travel tips to me and others with INSIDR phones. Another was to arrange meetups with other travellers. Most importantly, there was one set up for me to ask questions (even dumb ones) about Paris. There was always someone from the INSIDR team there to answer them and give me advice.

We used INSIDR in order to have a phone for our trip to France and they were fabulous! Not only did they provide us with a feature-packed phone, they helped us significantly with transportation, logistical issues and just basic hand-holding during the more stressful moments of our journey. They spoke English well and were very pleasant and easy to work with. I can recommend them without reservation and will definitely use them again on our next European trip!

A real challenge in planning a trip is collecting a range of information in accessible form. InsidrParis made that task both easy and enjoyable, because its engaging information and services are customized to the traveler's needs and presented in an easy-to-use format. Everything is right there on your phone -- including contact information to get help in real time. The service is friendly, responsive, and comprehensive -- and the price is more than reasonable.

Couldn't imagine navigating Paris without this wonderful service. Worth every penny and brought ease to my trip with all the wonderful features of the phone.
