Phone calls answered swiftly. Problem dealt with very well; replacement offered but in the end, it was our fuse box that caused the issued.

Problem with a virtually brand new boiler tap, reported to Insinkerator who passed me the contact details of the local agent with suggestion I get in touch with him and arrange a visit. Unfortunately the agent quickly replied to say he didn't, in fact, cover my area. Back to Insinkerator for details of agent who DID cover this area or possible alternative courses of action (uninstall tap and return to them, perhaps). No response. Follow up email - again, no response. It would appear that having given out (incorrect) information it's case closed and we don't need to do anything more. Ultimately had to make my own arrangements to get the tap replacement, without any support from Insinkerator - not impressed.

The only thing I had doubts about was the company seemed to be trying to get out of the warranty I had, they said the warranty period started from the day the heater has been made and not the date I received it which was several weeks/months earlier so it has obviously been in the warehouse in that time period. Then they tried to imply that the filter I had fired should have been an insinkerator filter with the reference F701R, my filter is is a Finerfilter water filter which clearly states it’s comparable with the Insinkerator F701R and is the same make of filter that the heater came with and which we have replaced every 6 months. However I was eventually able to order my replacement heater under the warranty.

Further to my original review where I was unhappy with a hot water tank, Insinkerator has contacted me and taken the time to resolve my issue with the tank. Customer service is of a high standard at this company and I appreciate the time taken to suggest some different solutions to the problem. I have therefore changed my rating from my original review due to their responsiveness and assistance.

4 years ago, and as part of our new kitchen project, we decided to purchase an Insinkerator 200S as it was rated one of the best in the market with some great reviews.
Being a 2 person household who compost a lot, the unit has had minimum wear in the time fitted, so you can imagine our dismay when it stopped working. Luckily, we contacted Insinkerator Customer services who confirmed that there was a year left to run on the warranty. We were then put in contact with their authorised service engineer who, with due dilligence asked us what we had done to attempt to get the unit working again. We went through all of the fault finding and trouble shooting remedies to no avail. The engineer then stated that he would have to contact Insinkerator to establish whether he could come out to look at the device in question as we were outside of his service area ( given that he appears to be the only authorised engineer within the localised south west of England area, this was a surprise)- this was on the 14/8/25. On the 16/8/25 the engineer confirmed that he had our details and that he was waiting to hear from Insinkerator on their decision as apparently, they needed to see a receipt of purchase. Understandably, both the engineer and I were a little concerned by this as I did state that the unit was part of a kitchen fit and we could not find any receipt for a single item. Luckily we were both in possession of the email stating that the machine was under warranty and registered at our address and thanks to the service engineer, Insinkerator had agreed to a new replacement unit with the latest model, as the 200S has been discontinued- so far so good!
At time of writing this review( 29/8/25), I've now had to chase the engineer twice ( not his fault), to contact Insinkerator regarding when the new unit will arrive- so far there's been no reply apart from asking what days we were available to have the replacement unit fitted. Being easygoing folks, we've stated that we would be flexible and work around the engineer's schedule.
As the Insinkerator was also plumbed directly to the main sink, for a time we've managed alternate means of sink usage in the kitchen,but, unfortunately, the novelty of washing our dishes in a bucket is now starting to lose some of it's charm- is 15 days not enough time to send out a new unit??......

Just purchase an Evolution Plus 750, after installation, found it noisy which supposed to be 60% quieter. Called customer service which was connected to U.S. she was absolute professional and courteous. Immediately found the issue and said that they post the missing item to fix the problem. Looking forward to receiving the part to resolve my issue. A very happy & satisfied customer.

I had to call Insinkerator with regards a fault with a 3-1 hottap that had recently been replaced. I called the support number which was answered quickly and spoke with the representative who quickly identified the issue as the hot tank and not the tap. A replacement hot tank is an it's way which will resolve the issue. Very professional and excellent service from Insinkerator.

We're very much a fan of Insinkerator products. This latest one E1000 SR-1 A/S waste disposal.
I contacted their customer service team to ask if it would be possible to bypass the need for the air pump to switch the unit on and off and simply use the switch that provides electric power to the unit.
Much to my delight they confirmed it was possible (get the unit running using the air pump then turn it off at the switch, then disconnect the air pump. All future uses will be via the power switch.)
Anyway we're delighted with their confirmatory response, the speed with which they answered the call and the knowledge of the lady i spoke to.
