Item was delivered pretty fast.
But i was charged full price for a second choice item.
They still have these "Not as good as new" items listed for 50% off but marked as no longer in stock.
Im lucky i got one of these bad machined ones for full price....
The only thing they told me was to clean it. 👍😉
Im sure then they would have stated i scratched it by myself or used aggressive cleaner so the finish of the aluminum was damaged.
Since i sent pictures of it and denied cleaning it before i do get a discount they didnt answer anymore.
So they basically sold me one of the leftovers from the "b-stock" sellout and charged the full price 🎉
Edit: i was contacted pretty quick after this and everyone did a perfect and urgent job. It wasn't their fault. The Emails i mentioned didnt get through to them.
They cared very well and handled this case seriously!
They handled the "Bad Item" which was the manufacturers fault, as if it was theirs.
Im sorry.
They were sorry.
But in the end...
I feel like this guys do their job very very well!! Nothing to complain!

Some of our products arrive in sealed packaging from the manufacturer, which limits our ability to perform detailed quality checks before shipping. In rare cases, the grinder may pick up some residue from the box's interior paint. Fortunately, as the grinder is made from aluminum, it should be easy to clean and restore its appearance.
We also sent two follow-up emails regarding your experience but haven’t received a any response. We also did not receive any email with a pictures. We would be happy to offer you a free return or a discount.

Despite this, Insomnia Smoke promptly re-sent the product after just a few email exchanges. The customer service was incredibly understanding and helpful, which alone deserves a 5/5 rating.
I must also note that the product itself exceeded my expectations. The materials and design are top-notch. It’s very compact and discreet. Since I received it, I’ve shown it to several friends, and everyone has been impressed with it!
