The quality of the clothes is superior…
The quality of the clothes is superior compared with similar sellers. Sizes are smaller than expected (I'm normally an M, but had to buy size L which fits tight). Refund processed was relatively easy (free returns with drop of at selected partner store) however the period for the parcel to be transported back, so hence for refund to be processed could be improved on. Good tracking system though. Overall a good experience and I'll probably buy again from them, especially now that I am aware of delivery and return times.

Very disappointed with quality of the quality of textiles and size
Very disappointed with quality of material type. On pictures looks good but not as good when I ordered mine. Low quality on textiles they used. The size is not exactly same as expected, eventually I measured my size before ordering. Too expensive somehow. So nope.

Fast shipping and mostly good products. One zipper broke when I went to zip the pants down before I even put them on, it is something I could easily fix.
