Really bad
The customer service is really bad. They only speak French. The lady on the phone kept speaking French while i tried even to speak English but she refused to speak one word English. They say that they speak different languages but that's not what I got! Very unfriendly! She ended the call saying "email". Be careful that you first check if there's a Mondial returning point nearby and furthermore you need to print the label because they don't provide it in the box.
