I am really glad that kingston has a napanee office which saved us a busy day. there was no pressure on getting a apap machine . Our (wife) and I had friendly ,knowledgable and caring RN Alecia G. that didnt just take over abut my sleep appnea but helped with my anexity about the facts that where bothering me and my issues . the machine is going to take time and i pray that i keep moving forward . thanks Peter S.

Lee was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. He answered all of my questions, addressed all my concerns and ensured I knew how to operate the equipment before I left my appointment. Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain the billing process thoroughly.

Briefing/training appear to be complete, clear and precise. Ilana answered all my questions quite well

Finding out you have sleep apnea and then starting a Cpap can be intimidating. You know you have to make it work for your health and future. It IS possible to be successful with this therapy but the key is to get the support you need every step of the way.
I was connected with Alecia and I am so grateful. She provided knowledgable, patient and friendly advice whenever I needed help, answering emails promptly, offering advice and making tweaks on equipment settings. Its difficult to get it right the first time you use the machine. There are adjustments that need to be made along the way and when you find the right settings you can be comfortable and make your therapy a success! All it takes is a support person who really is available when you need them and that is certainly what I got with Alecia.

I felt the explanation of the asap machine and my condition were calm, and expertly presented. The telling will be tonight of course when I try it out but I had no trouble setting up the machine this afternoon
. Only hard bit was opening the distilled water bottle from Loblaws.

From my first interaction (on the phone with Megan) and subsequent in store visit with Jennifer, I can only describe my visit and purchase as positive.
Jennifer was extremely helpful in explaining and helping with the process and taking care of all the paperwork. It adds to the positive experience.
Lee was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. His advice and suggestions were greatly appreciated.
Aside from all the obvious items like customer service etc., what is very clear is the great teamwork among all the associates, which makes the overall customer experience terrific.
I highly recommend this location.

Lee is an outstanding RT. He takes the time to make sure your mask is comfortable. I highly recommend seeing him. He is very knowledgeable and kind.

I was with my original provider for a very long time. Customer service did not happen and I was left hanging without a CPAP machine a couple of times.
I started to research other companies and heard many great things about InspiAIR. I met Laura at an event hosted in Napanee. I was very happy with the information and guidance I received from her. From then on I was blown away by the professionalism, the fantastic customer service and the friendly staff that assisted me in getting a new machine. I highly recommend InspiAIR. I truly felt like I was treated as if I was their number one customer. I get the feeling that all customers walk out feeling the same way. That’s the way it should always be.

Lee matched a store which sold the product for a lesser price. The item was well packaged and ready to use (after washing). I will be a customer from now on.

I would just like to say that I was in the shop tonight and Jade was able to set up all the pressures on my new machine for me and she also passed on some information about some new masks that I might be interested in this company was highly recommended to me buy a good friend of mine and I am very pleased with the treatment that I received and we'll definitely be telling others.

And will be giving them all my business for sure.....
