From start to finish, my experience with InspiAIR was absolutely outstanding.

The process began with Krista, who was efficient, friendly, and incredibly calming. She made everything so easy to understand, and I was amazed at how quickly everything came together. From receiving my prescription to having my new machine in hand took only three days—far faster than I ever expected.

When I arrived at the Whitby office, the exceptional service continued. Megan and Corina were so welcoming and genuine that they made me feel like I had been a client for years. That kind of warmth is rare and immediately put me at ease.

Megan took the time to thoroughly explain all of my machine options, answered every question I had, and made sure everything was set up properly before I left. I never felt rushed and appreciated how knowledgeable and patient she was throughout the entire appointment.

I had also spoken with Corina on the phone beforehand, and she was just as pleasant in person. Seeing the same friendly voice become a friendly face created a real sense of familiarity and trust that made the entire experience even better.

I can honestly say the customer service at InspiAIR is second to none. Every member of the team treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. I would 100% recommend InspiAIR to anyone looking for outstanding service and support. Thank you, Krista, Megan, and Corina, for making what could have been an overwhelming experience such a positive one.

They are so easy to talk to and explain everything about their products and services. I know I can contact them with any questions and they are always eager to help. They truly care about my health and well-being. I highly recommend the Newmarket office. They are a huge part towards InspiAIR's success.

I am really glad that kingston has a napanee office which saved us a busy day. there was no pressure on getting a apap machine . Our (wife) and I had friendly ,knowledgable and caring RN Alecia G. that didnt just take over abut my sleep appnea but helped with my anexity about the facts that where bothering me and my issues . the machine is going to take time and i pray that i keep moving forward . thanks Peter S.

Staff (Kim) was extremely helpful and assisted me getting what I needed as well as looked into what information may be needed for my doctor.

We had excellent service. She explained everything, answered all questions and concerns.

after lots of frustration from other suppliers in newmarket I walked into InspiAir on davis dr and had to wait a few minutes. A young lady approached and asked how can I help, I told her I needed a strap for my nasel mask. I got one and then she suggested I buy the complete mask it would be cheeper going through my insurance. She told me it should be changed twice a year because of bacteria build up even with washing. I have been having sinus problems and this was the cause.No other business had taking the time to tell me this.It was a great experince and made my day Thanks to Kim. God Bless (ps I will be a permanent customer With InspriAir ).
