The staff are so welcoming and friendly.
Tamara - Sharon & Jackie make the whole experience relaxed and comfortable.
They were able to answer all my questions with confidence and obviously know exactly the products and give you a choice with informed information to make the choice that you are comfortable with - no pressure.
I feel that I could contact them at any time for support with any concern I had & they would be there for me. This is the place to go for any c-pap support.
I can't believe the difference I feel since starting my c-pap device.

The team at InspiAir Belleville is absolutely amazing! They showed nothing but kindess from the moment I entered the building. As someone who has been struggling to sleep for months, I have felt defeated. Prior to InspiAir I dealt with Medigas - they would not return phone calls, purposely would avoid me, and did not show kindness in times I was struggling. The difference between InspiAir and Medigas is night and day. Check them out if you are someone who needs sleep therapy, they are 10/10 people.

When I needed a C PAP machine InspiAIR helped me through the process of obtaining Government funding. They had all necessary paperwork completed and ready for my signature. They spent time explaining the features and operating features of the CPAP unit until I was comfortable using it myself. I would recommend InspiAIR to anyone needing a CPAP machine.

My experience has been amazing. Both Cathy and Jade are kind and deal right away with any problems. They have an extensive knowledge base and are always there to help. They are the best place to go if you have a c pap machine. I recently had dental surgery and had a molar removed which is making it difficult to wear the c pap mask they have adjusted the EPR a few times to help me. They are always kind!

easy communication

Finding out you have sleep apnea and then starting a Cpap can be intimidating. You know you have to make it work for your health and future. It IS possible to be successful with this therapy but the key is to get the support you need every step of the way.
I was connected with Alecia and I am so grateful. She provided knowledgable, patient and friendly advice whenever I needed help, answering emails promptly, offering advice and making tweaks on equipment settings. Its difficult to get it right the first time you use the machine. There are adjustments that need to be made along the way and when you find the right settings you can be comfortable and make your therapy a success! All it takes is a support person who really is available when you need them and that is certainly what I got with Alecia.
Go with InspiAir and get the confidence you need to be successful by getting the support you need.
