I never applied for a loan through this…

I never applied for a loan through this company but started receiving emails from them stating that my loan request has been denied and then when I checked my credit report it shows that they tried to apply 6 different times which lowered my credit rate each time. I also emailed them letting them know that I never applied for a loan. But apparently they sent out a email that as soon as you open the email it automatically confirms that you are applying for a loan. But the email notification doesn't state that. The heading on the email just states important. An as soon as you open the email it automatically sends out a request for a loan through there company as well as several other 3rd party companies.

I have never had to jump through so…

I have never had to jump through so many hoops to disburse this account. I have dealt with different retirement plans and would only need to call to get the disbursement. You don't make the process easy. You start on the computer, then it asks you to scan a QR code, so you are now processing some steps on the cell phone, then it switches back to the computer. Then it ask for your ID so it switches back to the cell phone, it is RIDICULOUS. When I asked why I can't call in and asked for the disbursement. I was told they can't do it. I said I have to answer multiple questions to verify it's me, you will be dispersing via a check or direct deposit, so there will be tracking information. I regret not closing it out while it was still with T.RowePrice. The only good thing is the customer service reps are nice. I pity the older person who tries to close out an account, it will never happen. I called back today (first call was Friday September 19, 2025) So finally I was told we will send you an edoc to sign. I got the instruction right away, but somehow how a blank form that I still need to fill out may take an entire day to get to me

INSPIRA should lose their license to do business.

The quality of service at INSPIRA is an outrage. They should lose their license to operate.
They were extremely quick to accept my ANNUITY funds, but withdrawing them has been a total nightmare. Conveniently for them.
I hope an AG somewhere is listening.

AVOID INSPIRA AT ALL COST

AVOID INSPIRA AT ALL COST. They took over an old IRA and stole money from the account and made it difficult to transact business to protect what little money is left in the account.

The worst company to deal with!! RUN AWAY

This is the worst company to try and work with. Late wife passed on 22, her company transferred her 401 to them. I never received documentation. In 2024 I had to search to find her account. I asked for access and was never given it. After emails, they sent me a form to withdraw her funds not to see the account. 9 months later! Called and their customer service walked me through the forms. Said it would take 20 days. Everything is 20 days with them. Gave direct deposit info. Called 25 days later was told they sent a check the week before. Why? No reply. Checked my mail, no check. They said wait until mo day, this was a Thursday. Call back and they would cancel the check and do direct deposit as it was suppose to be. Called, no check. Ok, we will cancel, and direct deposit in 3-5 days. No direct deposit, but original check showed up the next day. When I called again they said they could not do a direct deposit because my bank never replied to their request. Funny I’ve had direct deposit for about 40 years from my employer. Now I am mad. I deposited the check. My bank clears it. Two days later I spira puts a stop payment on the check!! I call them fuming, now things bounced and my bank is charging me 170 in fees and bounce payment fees. Oh, we will do a reversal. They did, clears my bank. The next day they put a stop payment again stating they couldn’t do this. But you did. Now, yep another $170 in fees from my bank and bounce check fees. Like wtf? Now I’m ready to lawyer up. Same day, another check shows up. I deposit it. Plead with my bank to drop all the associated fees. Inspira Financial is the worst. Poor communication and very shady business. dealings. I still have not received all the statements I requested concerning the account. Oh, the amount I was quoted for the deposit was $600 less than the check they sent. I am seeing a lawyer, there is something very shady about this company. Bad dealings with them since November 2024. I would not walk away from them, I’d friggin run as fast as you can. Save yourself the aggravation, time and more importantly, your money! Oh, this is the short version.

Frustration After submitting the explanation of…

After submitting the explanation of benefits, they dont go over the submissions in the 3-5 business days they claim is the standard. I submitted documentation of a question of a bill I paid with my fsa card over two weeks ago and they still have not cleared it yet. The customer service just said I have to wait another 3-5 days again. Its tiring when you do your part but the comapny doesnt. Then I am the one to suffer when I need to use my fsa card. This is not customer service-centric and is a customer dissatisfaction. I hope no one goes through what I am right now still on hold. Maybe the need to increase their staffing.

Stay Away! Worst Company Ever

Stay Away! Worst Company Ever — 10+ Calls Just to Send a Simple Check!
I’ve been trying to transfer my late husband’s 401k—of which I am the legal beneficiary—into my account. Everything is in order and completely legal, yet this outdated, incompetent company has turned it into a nightmare. All they needed to do was send a check to my financial institution, but instead, we’ve been stuck in endless phone calls, jumping through pointless hoops, and answering the same ridiculous questions over and over. After 10+ calls, we are STILL on the phone dealing with their nonsense. Absolutely unacceptable.

I've worked with several IRA/401k companies and Inspira is by far the most inefficient. Their processes are cluttered, compartmentalized, and they don't value client service.

Horrible company

Horrible company. IDK why my company still uses them. They suck. They make it difficult for reimbursement. Deny claims based on 1 word in a receipt. Lock your card. They make it extremely difficult to spend your own money or even get reimbursed or approve transactions. I believe they just want to keep your money. Their customer service is trash too. This whole company is garbage. WEX is 1,000,000 times better. Inspira, you suck

Charged me twice for a commuter railroad ticket, if a pretax account is overcharging I'd prefer to pay taxes at this rate!

I was charged twice for a ticket. I also did not have my Inspira / Payflex card with me another time and used my regular credit card. I was denied reimbursement. I am now out more than $50. I have raised this issue to my company's HR dept. Inspira can do better. At this point I'd rather pay taxes on that money since Inspira is basically not letting my use my transportation account for .... commuter railroad transportation.
