Terrible predatory and scam rollover. How are you going to charge me and lose me more money in fees over 2 years, and then proceed to charge me more to close my account. This company is a HUGE scam and waste of time. They steal your money, that's it.

This company is awful. I can't see basic information about my account. The site is difficult to navigate. I've had login issues. Returns and options have been terrible.
Three phone transfers and divulging all of my personal information yet customer service refused to help with my FSA account questions. This company is not customer based at all. I got nothing but the run around, no legitimate help ..

Extremely shady business practices and poor customer support. The letter of necessity policies are built to scam you out of them letting you spend your money on medical needs. Whatever you do just save money for medical expanses instead of using a FSA account with this company. Borderline scam!!

On the call for 2 hours waiting on someone.

Absolutely the worst experience to date. They have had my account suspended for several months now . I have sent them receipts for all medical purchases in question. I was told they need a EOB from the insurance company. Sent them the EOB in question , put on hold for what seems a eternity only to end up talking with a rep with a very strong accent that I cannot understand them. FRUSTRATING behind belief. They also do not seem to have a grasp on what was sent to them and what information they need and from who. They suck !

I have receipts! I have an email thread with dates provided here. Account is supposedly finally being transferred Oct 20th as reported by "Gwen". Proof for Email and voicemail from Inspira for these are with me.
What went wrong this time?: Nothing new.
How can the company improve?: There is no improving this company.
This is my second account which was forcibly transferred from Fidelity to Inspira. I transferred previous account which took multiple calls to Inspira, misleading information from them. Now, same game. I followed the procedure outlined by Inspira, had Charles Schwab send them the documents. 5 days in on Sep 26th, I received an email from Inspira asking for delivery instructions and letter of acceptance. After my response to Inspira, the company resolution specialist Lisa responded saying nothing further needed. On Oct 17th, Charles Schwab said Inspira is not responding. I call Inspira to find that they needed a "name certificate" because I have a middle name in my name change county document. I explained about the email communication on Sep 26 and 29th, the account transfer is still open. Escalated, and that person promptly hung up so I couldn't leave a review.
Moral: Escalate, Don't be shy about mentioning this & reddit reviews about Inspira, Transfer the h3gg out.

I've been a client of Inspira for a few years. My banks accounts were compromised, and Inspira made sure I got my funds on time. The cutoff date was approaching, and they made my account a priority. Member services were fast and efficient. Thank you.

It took a long time to get my IRA set up properly. Once it was set up then it works like designed. The problem is the design. If you are going to invest in one thing then I suppose it is OK. If you like to trade, even a little bit then I can say with confidence it is the worst platform. They offer no real research of their own, the trades take forever, not all stocks are available. You can call them, good luck with that! The fees are rather outrageous for the service you get.

Ridiculous fees & a customer service rep that was very difficult to understand.
Definitely better choices out there.

My small retirement account from TIAA Cref rolled over to Inspira recently as a traditional IRA. Once I found out the money moved to Inspira, I was a bit flustered at first when I typed into their website the personal info they requested to access my account, but it didn’t work. However, after about one week, I was able to login to the website! I then requested a distribution. I was a bit annoyed they couldn’t do a digital transfer, but I was ok with them mailing a check. The check arrived pretty quickly! It had been folded up with a newspaper (probably by the mail carrier) and so I didn’t see it initially when it arrived. I looked at the reviews here and started to believe that Inspira was doing to me what many people claimed happened to them; i thought Inspira was trying to hold onto my money as long as possible (ie I thought they didn’t mail the check at all). So I continued to check my mail box each day, getting frustrated each time because it wasn’t in there. I decided to look through my recycle bin today and I found the freaking check from Inspira there!! It was my fault the whole time, but the bad reviews online lead me to assume Inspira was being being shifty, so I never looked to see if I had misplaced the check until today (probably two weeks after it arrived). The check ended up posting to my account within one hour of submitting it via mobile deposit.
It turns out Inspira had successfully mailed the check to me within the anticipated time of 7-10 business days!! In hind sight, the only real frustration was not being able to login to the website the first week, which is a legitimate issue. The other issue I had, my assuming they never mailed the check, was my mistake, not inspira’s! This review is my attempt at putting good vibes back into the world after I spent the last last couple weeks or so incorrectly believing very negative things about Inspira.

First off, the AI menu tree is frustrating, like most, due to its inability to handle anything but the most basic questions. Secondarily, the number of security questions (name, address, phone, last four of social, last four of debit card, DOB, etc.) is a bit excessive, and each new rep you get transferred to has to go through it again. Lastly, when the call initially goes to the Philippines, I find most of the reps are difficult to understand, and the same applies to their understanding of us. In addition, anything complex is best just asking for a US rep, assuming the call does not 'drop'. It does not matter what the question is, all reps have to put you on hold.

I asked for a withdrawal and it came right away
You might think this is normal but it’s rare

They have a website that does not work, they e mail links that do not work. They try and keep your IRA account, they will keep sending emails requests for the same thing, they will have different people send you emails ,to slow down the time they have to send you your funds, they lie and say they will do it within 5 business days. they will send links that say cannot verify your e mail or home address, this is on purpose so they don't have to send you your money I suggest everyone contact your state attorney general and file a complaint.Since inspira does not want to respond in a reasonable manner. They get your money quick ,then hold on to it.They have a stupid slow response. They will just keep sending emails with links they know do not work. They don't care to really help you ,or to really send you your own money.

Customer Service is severely lacking. More than that, their processes and timeframes for withdrawing funds are ridiculously extended - 5 business days for electronic fund transfer and 14 days for a mailed check. And even a supervisor could not explain the timeframe under which Inspira would commit to getting the literal check in the mailstream. That reeks of a company prioritizing its profits and float against its customers' need/desire to get their own money. Inspira must do better, and start acting more in a fiduciary role than a poor also-ran organization. PS I am still on hold for thrid time to get clarity as I made fund request over a week ago and the web status still indicated "pending" status and no one can tell me when the check will be mailed.

They really don’t make it easy to get your 401k without doing the most and calling. Not to be negative but convinced they just don’t want people claiming them
