The staff at the Brendale shop are knowledgeable, friendly (to us novices) and super efficient. Always a great experience at this shop!

Always fantastic service along with informed advice on any or all products sold in store. The place to go when you know you need a product, but don't know exactly what you need! They'll ask some questions & ..... let you know the product name, how to use it, what else you need to get the outcome you want!👍😊

Prompt attention on arrival and good knowledge of what I was after

The staff are very helpful, generous and willing to provide that service that we all once experienced along time ago - back in the good old days- if you know what I mean. I will certainly return to get more paint and receive that kind of service. Well worth it.

Great advice and answered all my questions

It has been almost twelve months since I last purchased paint from Inspirations at Brendale, so I dont know when the store layout was redesigned and the service area altered.The front display is exceptional and the products displayed
seem to have been expanded in range and quantity, really looks professional and an improvement on the old layout.
A bit disappointed that the actual customer service area seems to be herding you into either Retail or Trade and "stay out of tinting area", maybe a little over the top,I know you have to have safe areas and staff only areas, the old store with the big open counter seemed more inviting and friendlier.

Alyssa and her team were very helpful and friendly with my painting project plus there store had exactly the products I needed to successfully paint my alloy boat , highly recommend Inspirations ar Brendale.

Highly recommend, had on file the colour I bought previously so could match exact.

Great customer service. I needed to paint some steel and the sales person was really helpful in sorting out my order and getting the right products for me. Aced it.

So much better to buy paint here than at places like Bunnings. Staff members are quick to acknowledge you and assist. They know their stuff! The regular store credits are a bonus too.

These guys are awesome, friendly efficient and know their stuff. Good for a laugh as well.

From the time we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome. Greg mixed paint for us and it was a perfect match. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. He also explained new upcoming changes planned for the shop and nothing was a drama for him. It was fantastic customer service and a pleasure to shop there.

The knowledge of the staff was outstanding. They did not try to up sell me on products. Price is better then Bunnings.
