On my second visit to Inspirations Paint in Camberwell, I received the same wonderful service and excellent advice and assistance. At this stage, I was only seeking 'test pots' to explore colours for a couple of painting jobs. Ordinarily (and in other stores!), when that is all you are doing, you are left alone and ignored. Here, I was offered any assistance I might need and, once I'd begun the process and selected a couple of colours, entered into a most helpful conversation which influenced my choice (for the better by a considerable margin). I was especially impressed by the staff member sharing some of his own decorating experiences and, above all, telling me to 'trust my instincts' and not be brow beaten by others: "You've got to live with the colour, not the one 'designing it' for you". Gave me more confidence in a friendly and non-condescending manner. I'll obviously only go here in future.
