The product was ready to be picked up at the booked time and the friendly store employee served me promptly.

I went here for the first time the other day, as they had some products I needed that Bunnings don't stock. Thought I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did. Got great assistance and useful advice. Staff were friendly, but not pushy at all. Will definitely shop here again.

Made an order online for click and collect during a Melbourne lockdown. Ready for collection almost immediately and picked up soon after. Couldn't have been easier.

Ordered online for pickup same day, received confirmation of the order and after driving some distance to pick the order up we were told it wasn’t actually in stock and would be in “a couple if days”. Two weeks later now and still haven’t heard from them.

I have used this shop multiple times and have always had friendly, courteous service from people who are knowledgeable about paint and equipment.

Prices are similar or better when compared with chain hardware stores, but parking is easy and they carry your paint out to the car!

I had a small fiddly paint repair job, but the staff could not be more helpful in assisting me in matching the colour (even ageing it to blend with the current paint) and suggesting the best way to tackle it!
It made a nagging job into a great result.
