David was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond my expectations for Customer Service.

I was greeted in a friendly manner.
I needed to match a colour that I had a sample of. The result was perfect.
I also noticed other customers in the store were being well looked after.

The Colour consultant [Mary] could not have been more helpful and bought our whole project together.

I was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable staff member who was able to explain the different paints and what was best for my job. Not only did he offer me a customer discount but insisted in carrying the paint out to my car. I know where I will be buying my paint in the future.

We placed an order for paint 4pm with a booked click and collect time of 8am the following day. My husband went to pick up and was advised that this paint could not be found in Australia. When he queried why they accepted the order, he was advised that out of stock items are not delisted from the website.

This is a fairly ridiculous system that email order confirmations are sent for items that are not in stock. Furthermore, if this is their standard practice shouldnt someone be contacting customers before they arrive at the store. I have received two further emails asking me to ‘review’ our experience and the product ... too automated for their own good.

I am again amazed by the rapid service and delivery of Inspiration Paint.

I ordered paint online during the weekend and the paint was delivered on Monday!

We went to Inspirations Paint at Chatswood to get some advice about painting the interior of our unit. Simon was most helpful and gave precise advice on key aspects of the job, including preparation, which types of paint to use, characteristics of the different products and quantity needed.

Click and collect order for 2 test pots and a tinted 2litre can. Order was not ready when I arrived. So after waiting I did receive it, only to find on arrival at home that they had mixed up a semi-gloss despite the order being for gloss - so back again and 45 minutes wasted going back and forth. Shame because to that point I much preferred using them.

I had a couple of very old paint tins with the formula on the side and wasn’t sure which colour was going to match the existing colour scheme I wanted. I was fortunate to be served by Cam who was very patient and his body language gave me the impression nothing was too difficult even behind the face mask he wore. He suggested a couple of sample pots and after leaving the premises I was so impressed with the level of service and the advice he gave me that I eventually ordered a 4L can of Dulux Weathershield in the tint colour I wanted. Thank you Cam!
