Tristan was excellent. Gave really good advice on our wood staining.

When were looking around for the right paint for our house we were short of good quality information about:
1. What paints to use.
2. Methodology in application.
3. Knowledge of brands.
We visited our usual hardware store and was completely disillusioned with the ineptitude and attitude of the staff. So we ventured on to Inspirations at Hornsby. They ticked the boxes outlined above but most importantly they were courteous and affable in the way they served us. It's worth the trip even after the promise of 10% price matching with other stores! Thank you Geraldine for a great service.

I have been a client of this shop for quite some time and I must say that the staff is not only friendly but also provides helpful advice without any sales pressure. As a consumer, I walked in with the idea of using 4 colors for my project. However, after having a discussion with the team, they advised me to narrow it down to 2 colors, which turned out to be a great decision. The results speak for themselves. I want to thank the team for their expertise and guidance. They are the reason why I continue to trust this brand and always come back whenever I need their help.

The team at this store are great. They always have helpful solutions for problems when painting and now they are stocking Allback Linseed Oil paint, which is a brilliant product. Linseed Oil paints have been used for centuries to preserve and beautify wood, and it's the best thing for timber windows.

Hornsby Staff were very helpful when I did a Web (Click+Collect) Order recently, but couldn't choose the colour of a Stain I wanted, as there was no option and the base required was not available. After several telephone calls the Staff contacted the Manufacturer and sorted out the issue. I have been buying all of My paint supplies from Inspirations Paint (Hornsby) for years and have always had good service and advice. Thanks Guys.
