Online order process disappointing, accepted the order but store out of stock. The mechanics should be 'real time' inventory management.
Invoicing procedure also needs reviewing.

Very helpful
The staff have always been super helpful and now with Covid restrictions it was great to be able to buy what we needed over the phone and pick it up from outside the shop in seconds (en-route to a medical appointment). Excellent service.
