Called in to get some advice on doing up some outdoor furniture. Staff provided invaluable information on a range of products they had and how to go about completing the job. They came up with cheaper alternatives and personal service. A great business and friendly staff

Very helpful staff. Really helped me in getting the right paint for my project. My first outdoor mural. I know nothing about outdoor paint and they sorted it all out. I will be using them for all my future works!

Isabel is new to the store and made sure I got the colour and quantity of paint needed for the job. Her pleasant helpful manner more than made up for the rude and unhelpful Luke.

I was completely blown away by the friendly staff, & incredible service! Unfortunately my leather car seats were previously stained by water, and the lovely young girl serving me, knew exactly which product i needed, painstakingly helped me with colour matching & gave me her personal experience of how to apply the product.

I really appreciate the expertise with the advice and products to be used. Anne was very helpful and even pointed to a product that was alot cheaper and would save us financially in these difficult times. Appreciate your help . Needed a particular paint for an unusual job and they mixed the paint to order, rang the supplier for extra info and gave really good advise. Very happy with the service and the friendly staff.

Greg at Tweed Heads store served me and I explained the vinyl awning and also had a pic on phone. He was very helpful and explained I needed flexible fabric paint to apply to vinyl.
He advised the quantity I needed was not in stock but he ordered it immediately and also joined me up to receive a discount when it arrived. I felt informed and treated very well. I would recommend this store to others as they go out of their way to assist.

First time I've been to this store/ company..nice open floor plan..
Staff were great, they offered plenty of options and tips.. (much better than lining up at Bunnings over the road and getting no help)
I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all which I really liked..
