Every time I go to this store the staff are always consistently helpful, and offer advice and talk you through. Very friendly too.

Paint buying can be fraught, and buying the right product for external weather exposed timbers even mores. This has been my first time buying from Inspiration, and my little independent hardware store recommended them, when the product I wanted was unavailable on their shelves due to Bunnings purchasing power. So I was there for a number of personal reasons about how I spend my $$$$. However the service was brilliant and the product is exactly what I needed, so I will be using them whenever I need to do any painting, even thought its an extra 20 minutes of drive time to do so. Totally worth it. I'm so glad there's an alternative to no service, no knowledge Bunnings

The team at Tweed Heads store were extreemely helpful. I went in there thinking I knew everything after watching a few Youtube videos. The guys there (thankfully) politely guided me away from a bunch of unnecessary gear that was going to make my life harder. They recommended products that were much more suitable to the job I needed. They could have easily sold me more things I didn't need and made more money, but instead made sure I got only what was necessary and for the right price. The good will this generated will see me going back there for a long time to come.

Staff member was extremely helpful explaining just what I need in the correct paint for the type of work to be done on a timber verandah and also gave me tips on how to deal with a very bad paint job done on my concrete back patio where all the paint was lifting.

Always friendly customer service. They listen to you, and offer excellent advice.

Be inspired by Inspirations Paint. As a newbie to DIY I was impressed with the wealth of product knowledge and advice on my project. The friendly female assistant who collected my items even took them out to the car, a service I have never experienced before, unless it was something heavy. To get the correct product first time visit Inspirations.

14/12/20 I was welcomed into the store and from that moment I received outstanding service. I was provided with suggestions about my project and information about the products I was purchasing. I’ve already recommended the store to family and friends. I won’t go anywhere else in future. It was a 10/10 experience.

I was greeted by friendly courteous staff. My questions were answered professionally and I was shown the product I asked for. The staff member also showed me an alternative product that would save time and enhance the result.
The masking tape and paints worked better than I expected giving a professional look, saving me time and a few dollars too.
