I had dealt with two other stores over the phone tracking down a particular product for a job I wanted to finish before Christmas. The Warners Bay store was the first face-to-face interaction I had for this purchase. The staff in each case, on the phone and in person, were friendly and super willing to help. My only issue with the purchase was the online system trying to find stock, with the system showing stock in stores that didn't have any. Nonetheless, the quality of the staff made this frustration pretty minor.

I was greeted warmly. I required a can of paint and my needs were met quickly and efficiently. I normally go to Bunnings and had not been to Inspirations before. I feel that your store and staff and more focused on painting than Bunnings as effectively this is your main interest. I intend to come back again for all of my painting needs.

Ordered online for next day pick up also had to be tinted. Paint was ready and waiting next day and the in store service was terrific from the lads.
