Have received the correct inspiration from the Warners Bay store on several occasions now. Have used their colour consultancy with excellent outcome. Thanks for your feedback.
We work hard to ensure that our pricing is competitive, and I can see that the product you purchased is identical to the Bunnings price.
In general our delivery fees are competitive also, however, as our stores are franchisees, they set their own pricing.
Our Warners Bay store has a $50 minimum purchase for deliveries. In your case their quoted $30 delivery fee may seem high to you, but your location represented a one hour trip for a single $20 item, so we think the pricing was fair.
We hope you understand that delivery fees are on a case-by-case basis, and that our Warners Bay store has done their best to accommodate you.
