Made an online inquire in May about a hob, Isabella contacted me straight back but I wasn’t needing the hob for a few months, she kept in touch until I was ready to place the order, and has been amazing from start to finish, giving me quotes for other appliances.
Think it’s a sign of a good company if the customer service is is this good even for a small item.

I did get a very nice Bora hob and the people who I dealt with were very helpful. Especially I Sidall. The appliance arrived intact, and delivered within a 2 hour slot.

Fantastic service from an excellent company. I wanted a new fridge freezer to replace my current 20 year old appliance and it was very difficult to find one that would fit into my existing space. Isabella researched many different options and eventually found a suitable replacement which was delivered to me 260 miles, away exactly on time. She was super efficient, always returned calls and was very friendly, with a great sense of humour. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Ordered a replacement Bora induction hob filter. Reasonable value with the option of signing up for annual replacement. Quickly delivered and well packaged.

I have purchased a few items now from Isabella and Inspired Kitchen designs and so I feel I can give another, more focussed, review. IKD are very competitive on price but she really does add to the experience, she has proven to be accurate and trustworthy on delivery methods and timings and - an expert with lots of great advice.

Easy ordering system and prompt delivery

After trawling the internet for a competitive appliance quote I was given contact details of IDK by a friend that highly recommended them. I sent an enquiry and within an hour or so I received a very competitive quotation for everything I needed. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and two ovens all from the same manufacturer. When it came to the Bora hob I had chosen I called Ed and Isabela who recommended an alternative newer model I was totally unaware of. Despite the limited availability from Bora she promised a delivery date and I am pleased to say it arrived and I am highly delighted.

Reasonable prices , great communication and customer service.

HP3 Just purchased Bora Pure hob and integrated Bosch washing machine from Inspired Design Kitchens for my new kitchen. It was a pleasure to deal with Ed who was so courteous and helpful and the prices are amazing. By far the best I could find. Can’t wait to get cooking! I shall certainly use Inspired again for future purchases.
