I caused a certain amount of confusion during the order process but they still dealt with the delivery with great service.

My friend loved the letterbox wine!
My friend loved the letterbox wine!
Only feedback I would add is to offer the option of a gift card / "this is from" option to the packaging. I had to be creative and add my messge to the "Company Name" line.
I will use your company again to send letterbox wine. It arrived very quickly too!

Hi DW,
Please accept our sincere apologies, we do use Truspilot to gather reviews from our customers. As I am sure you are fully aware capturing and reading reviews is an intrinsic part of the online shopping experience these days and as a small company we simply don't have the financial resources to compete with the big retailers on every level but we can use reviews to give customers confidence in our services. Having a good Trustpilot score is imperative to gaining customer trust for a small business like ours.
Therefore we automatically send out an email request for a review after each purchase containing only first name, email address and order reference number. Trustpilot is an internationally recognised company in this area and they are fully compliant with current GDPR regulations. I can absolutely assure you that no other data is shared with Trustpilot or anyone else.
We take customer service very seriously at Inspiring Wines, we want everyone to enjoy the best service and amazing wine which is why I needed to respond to your review personally. Once again I would like to offer my sincere apologies, it's never easy to receive negative feedback, however as a result of your complaint, we will review and update our website to make it much clearer to customers that we do use the services of Trustpilot to capture reviews. I thank you for raising this issue and please rest assured we will act upon it.
Kindest Regards, Dean Spencer - Director - Inspiring Wines
