Not as fast as promised

So far all the deliveries have been slow, and the estimated time is constantly changing. Two hours before the given delivery time, they update the estimate till the next day or the day after. And I live close to Stockholm city centre. So far non of the "1-2" day deliveries haven't been delivered on time, but rather within 4-7 working days.
