Instadoodle is a great software, no doubt. Their customer service is one of the best I've experienced in recent years, I hope it stays like this.

The color characters and AI generative capabilities is revolutionary, I must admit.

However, there are still a couple of upgrades needed, in order to make it the best whiteboard video animation software alive.

Overall, it's a great software for anybody looking to create fun and engaging teaching videos.

Easy to use software and a reliable support

Instadoodle has revolutionised the way I teach medicine, bioethics and public health. It has also enhanced my conference presentation experience. The engagement and comprehension of the topics by my students or audience is something else. Simply the best tool for busy but creative teachers and presenters.

I saw a product on Instadoodle at 4pm UK time that said AI wizard one time payment of $67. I paid for that logged in and the site wanted more money. I immediately contacted Instadoodle asking for a refund because that is not you sold me - you sold me a one off payment so you advertisement is misleading and you are misselling. As soon as I asked Cosmin of Instadoodle to refund my money he stopped responding. I want my refund. Please don't mislead customers. REFUND MY MONEY

In my opinion, InstaDoodle results are absolutely stunning. The AI-generated doodles are top-notch, and if you have the ColorSplash license, prepare to fall in love. The artwork is vibrant, unique, and unlike anything I have seen in similar tools. Seeing is believing. There is a money back guarantee so try it and see it for yourself.

I just purchased Instadoodle and I'm already impressed with the intuitive interface and seamless workflow. There are advanced features that I need to explore but I'm confident that I can master this tool, and so can you.

The tool not only deserves 5 stars, but so does the company. One of their representatives, Alexandra, has reached out to me multiple times to ensure my complete satisfaction with the purchase, and has even volunteered to provide me with a walkthrough at no charge. She is a consummate professional and I look forward to learning how to maximize results from the tool.

My only concern was the fact that their AI Wizard could not produce fully colored doodles, but Alexandra told me this option will soon be released.

At that point, I will probably upgrade, but regardless, I have no regrets purchasing my Pro Plan with Color Pro capabilities.

Overall, Instadoodle is a great choice for anyone who wants to experiment with this type of art (which can be used for a variety of purposes, including video production) and for those who just need to add to their creative toolkit.

I was looking for a software to make whiteboard animations using AI and this one was the first to come up. It was only $37 so I gave it a shot. When I actually tried using it, I was incredibly disappointed and requested a refund. I received a counter offer for an upgrade. I figured that the pro version would be better so I gave it a shot. I wanted to create images with color without having to edit them so I figured I would buy the colorsplash feature. I probably created 2 or 3 images using the AI and all of a sudden I get a notification saying I am out of credits. It wasn't until I ran out of credits that I realized that the AI feature was not free. And what is worse, I basically paid $100 for a feature that is useless to me unless I pay more money. I immediately reached out to customer support to confirm this (which they did) so I immediately requested a refund since I didn't want to spend anymore money on the software. The moment I started requesting a refund the person I was speaking to ghosted me. I opened a new ticket specifically requesting a refund and even now both tickets are open without a response. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank but I am highly disappointed in this program. The way they advertise is very misleading and the fact that they are not upfront with the credits system is very scummy to me. I would advise against using this program

The software looked easy on the videos but I couldn't get it do anything I was trying without being told I needed to purchase another component.
I initially asked for a refund and was contacted with the offer for the AI Wizard. I accepted and tried it, but it still wanted me to purchase the upgrades and credits. I still couldn't make anything I tried, so I asked for a refund a second time.
I was given the refund without any high pressure to buy anything else.
I may not have gotten the product to work for me, but I do have to say that their customer service is the best. They responded to all of my concerns quickly and went to great lengths to get the software to work for me.
I think the software would do a good job, I just couldn't afford all of the components.
I would suggest that you offer more features and be more straight forward with the pricing.

Package to have so much flexibility to create! And much cheaper and faster than paying a company or individual artist!! The training with Alexandra was critical, incredibly helpful and motivating. She is awesome! I can’t wait to create instructional videos that will help parents struggling with their ADHD kids 🙌

This is a great piece of software with very good support from the team. To make the most of InstaDoodle you will need the unlimited credits to produce the imagery you're looking for. If you are looking to produce top quality content on a regular basis it's worth the money.

3 Days ago, I posted a review about Instadoodle that I subscribed to their Pro plan but I got the basic plan instead.

I must confess, their customer support team has sorted me out. They have upgrade my plan to pro. The software has a nice user interface for newbies to create doodle videos.

If you have any problem with the software, kindly open a ticket for support, and their support team will have time for you.

Upgraded to the PRO account with the color splash upgrade, AI Voices, and AI wizard upgrade. I didn't even finish making my first video and it tells me I have to purchase more AI credits. At no point during the purchase does it indicate that your upgrade is basically giving you the ability to purchase credits. Very shady bait and switch. I spent nearly $300 to upgrade everything to find out in the end all my upgrades are pointless without purchasing more credits. Unfortunately for me I'm outside of my 30 day window because I took too long to sit down and use it fully but from the other reviews I see about the 30 day guarantee it probably wouldn't have mattered. Lifetime membership?? thats what you call that? shame on you.

Terrible. Just another hands off email only support no phone number thief company. You know …. Seems like all of these internet companies operate the same way. They can state terms of any kind because they can allude to the “marketing” company (fast spring) - I tried it for 30 minutes!!!! Then canceled by sending email, there wasn’t an easy to find cancel button. They do this on purpose. NOW I have disputed 3 charges - one was 67 dollars (not sure where that came from since it was supposed to be a trial). But anyway, two more followed. I sent another email demanding return of my money for a misrepresented substandard program. No reply of course. I disputed it with my bank. For the april 28th charge and now again for the may 21st charge!!!! There has to be some protected way we as consumers, can stop this kind of thing. Makes me NOT EVER want to “ shop “ online. Only if we all do it, will it have any efficacy …. So lets all do it!

Made the purchase because of a 30-day money-back guarantee. They did not uphold it so I would be very cautious when giving them money, especially if you just want to trial it. Not a trustworthy company.
