Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 584 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the customer service, finding it unhelpful and difficult to reach a real person. They also encountered issues with the app and website, which were often described as glitchy, unintuitive, and poorly designed, leading to problems with account access, settings, and general functionality. Customers frequently reported their accounts being suspended or disabled without clear explanations, and some felt that the platform's rules and regulations were inconsistently applied. There were also concerns about the content moderation, with some users reporting inappropriate content not being removed while their own posts were censored.

A CIA-/BlackRock-company that has…

A CIA-/BlackRock-company that has…

A CIA-/BlackRock-company that has always been among the worst of the planet: From 2020 clear support of the COVID-19-HOAX and the linked genocide (ROME STATUTE, written by an expert in international law) - among the first who deliberatly followed the industry represantative "WHO". Horrible UI/UX. Awful contents. Bad intentions. Money is channeled from the world to the US ("advertisement"). As our experience shows, one can set up an ad campaign and define a target group. However, this target group is completely ignored: Financial losses are systematically generated and the means are called "AI" ("Advantage+ Audience"). When someone intentionally and systematically causes financial losses, this is generally called "fraud" (to be confirmed by a court). When one contacts the support, they claim that they have just "switched off" the AI for the respective ads account. Then one spends more money, more money is systematically maldirected by the AI algorithms that cannot be switched off anymore. They are liars. They are scammers. They operate a fraudulent platform. They block you from contacting the support and their fantasic AI sends you the very same "How satisfied are you?" question 100 times in the support chat where staff members just lied to you - if you react 100 times and ask for human support: This is how advanced and smart they really are. BOYCOTT BLACKROCK.

Instagram is a InstaSCAM

Instagram is a InstaSCAM

Bots, Thots, Trolls, Moles, Creeps, Geeks and AI degenerates. Their system will mistaking ban your account for months, only to tell you that it was their fault and now you can use your account again. I wouldn't download that BS again even if they paid me to. Straight shit show, corny clown circus with no Ring Leader in sight, Do it or the Gram they say...I think TF not!

My small business was disabled for unfair reasons

I have a small business called @a9customs.to. My account has recently been disabled due to copy right infringement. I make ribbon rose bouquets and I am not the only one. I have seen so many business online doing the same thing. It’s a very popular business. I have worked so hard to create my business and create a name for myself. I think this is extremely unfair.

Instagram is doomed

It used to be such a fun place.Finding professional architecture, recipes,ideas,craft,education... Now the app is pushing politics no matter how many times I reset my FYP, no matter how many times I block certain words and hashtags that they say theyll push less of but do anyways. No one is creating fun content anymore like during covid. Everyone is just fighting. They've never removed bots, infact there's been an increase of Bully bots this last year to generate money and no matter how many times I'll report racism, sexual activity, bullying, violence, they still keep it up. Like why am I seeing a man kill a dog on the app ? What the actual fk. We have to stop using it entirely for things to change. I absolutely fg hate it. It's no longer a safe space, it's a place of hate and greed and the creators should be ashamed

Paid Meta Accounts Aren’t Worth It: No Real Support, Only AI Bots

For all businesses considering a paid Meta account for support or security: our pages for our bar and brewery were restricted without any explanation. We contacted support multiple times and spoke with different “agents,” but none of them were real people: only AI bots. Paying for a Meta account is therefore not worth it, because you still can’t get in touch with an actual person at Meta.

Instagram is an amazing platform for…

Instagram is an amazing platform for connecting with people, sharing creativity, and growing a personal or business brand. The app is user-friendly, visually appealing, and constantly improving with new features like Reels and Stories. It has helped me stay connected, discover inspiring content, and reach a wider audience easily. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable social media platform. Highly recommended!

Multiple disfunctions

Since the beginning of 2026 the app is experiencing multiple problems like no translation, links not working, impossibility to set up default language. And no real help from the allegedly Help function. On the PC is slightly better, though I cannot post replies. I'm looking for a new platform to share my contents.

I was banned from Instagram today

I was banned from Instagram today. I have been cursed out by MAGA supporters many times on this app. However, on this yesterday I sat and listened to our homeland security chief decry that federal agents had absolute immunity to kill whom ever they wanted. No person has that right even during times of war. I responded with one word “ butch” . I feel it was appropriate considering the circumstances and the subject matter. We need to be able to speak back to our countrymen with a loud voice of descent. In response I was permanently removed from the app. I guess it is ok to promote murder but it is not ok to object. If instagram wants to kiss the ring then they should just do so publicly. Don’t inhibit opposition speech when such speech supports human morals and basic humanity.

Dissapointing

Wrong I’m pretty disappointed with Instacart as a platform. I’ve been driving since 2021 back then we had the option to do delivery or just shop. Back then they used to pay way better and not give so much hassle about getting paid per job. Since then they definitely started paying less, for example, they’ll ask you to shop 30 items and drive 5 miles and offer you five dollars. Knowing it’ll take you approximately 30 minutes just to complete the shopping and check out before delivery even starts. Not to mention we now have to wait a few hours before we can get our full payment, including tip. Which, for a lot of of us is the main reason why we take the order but that is it open for us to be ripped off if the customer decides to change their $30 tip to a $10 tip. Don’t get me wrong. I get why a customer should have the ability to fluctuate their tip because not every driver is as considerate as I am or as honest. But for those of us that are great shoppers and delivery drivers It’s inconvenient. My biggest pet peeve with them now would be my ranking, it literally doesn’t add up or makes sense. Again, I’ve been driving since 2021 back then I was at platinum level but because I took a break from working on the platform, they started me back at tier one in 2024 and for some reason I have not moved up since. It’s really weird. I’m going to attach my screenshots because I have damn near five star rating impeccable, shopping skills and great customer reviews. All of which they said I need to be able to move up and ranking and again I’ve sat at the very bottom of the tears for the last year now pushing two years for no reason. I’ve literally reached out to Support multiple multiple times and get the same exact answer and I never get a follow up or a resolution. I’m told that the system will update and I will get more orders, they also say someone will reach out in regards to my concerns and none of that has happened. You might wonder why is that such a big deal but again if you’re a good shopper, as I am, quick, precise, considerate to replacement, fast to deliver always ahead of time then you would be upset too if you had to wait at the back of the line every day to get an order. I was already preparing to stop working on the platform, but this is really my breaking point.

I have had no choice but to unsubscribe from Instagram because they have locked me out of my account for some unspecified misdemeanor, which they will not tell me what it is, or how I can reinstate my account. Such intolerance convinces me that I am very well off having nothing more to do with them.
