Atrocious company
If you want a good vehicle and after sales service, go somewhere else. A complete headache from start to finish. Finally got my van on the road nearly 3 months after signing the agreement and only after the intervention of the consumer rights act. The worst car buying experience ever. Atrocious company.
Don’t pay too much attention to the reply from instant car finance. I waited nearly 4 weeks to take delivery of the van as I was told it was being repaired, obviously it was not!
It was myself, my local garage and the finance company that eventually got everything sorted. As I understand it, the finance company are still pursuing instant car finance (Smartfish Group) for their share of what was a very large bill.
