Honestly, I have no idea whatsoever about cars, and when I first ever called the team how many years ago I remember being doubtful because it was all confusing to me, but James and his team have consistently been patient, supportive, and friendly through the whole process every time! They really care about their customers, which is so so rare to come across nowadays!

This is the third car we have now got from the team and we honestly won’t ever look anywhere else! I have also recommended a friend and she was extremely happy with the process too! Which is so reassuring as it is always worrying referring companies to friends but I knew James and the team wouldn’t let me down!

I recently brought a car through Instant Car Finance with the help of Liam. He kept in contact with me every step of the way. He was very helpful and attentive to what I wanted in a car. After finding the car that ticked all of my boxes, me and my partner travelled to Manchester to pick up the car. When we reached, Liam greeted us and took us to see the car. BEAUTIFUL! He then went through all paper work and we took it for a test drive…it was so smooth to drive. After completing and signing all paper work we drove off with the new car. Yay me!

Overall, the experience and the customer services delivered by Liam was amazing. I would definitely recommend ANYONE to Instant Car Finance and make sure to ask for Liam

Rang out of the blue about a car finance application , however was dubious at first however seems very professional so decided to follow through , was told nearly all complete and have company’s have all ready pre approved everything , and just need docs , they where sent only to receive emails from 3rd parties that I was unaware details would be sent to , and to add confusion wasn’t sure why details would need to be sent off to others when already confirmed 2 had already pre approved pending docs

Not clear and good sales but not good a following up nor being totally truthful, obvious commission based call advising what I wanted to hear , typical car sales I guess , still live and learn

Now getting follow up call from them asking why leaving 1star review , makes me even more doubtful of s company ringing up within a few hours of a review being left , demanding to know why is on boardler line harassment and potential impact on mental health With no implications or concerns this Type call causes or in this case has caused , please be aware if no 5 star review is left regardless od the outcome they will call to follow through to find out why , use company with caution
