The company provides mobile car repair and maintenance services to car owners at their location (home or office or any other location of choice). The company currently operates in DC, MD and VA and is rapidly expanding to other cities too. We realized that most auto repair shops and dealerships try to upsell their services and recommend services which are not needed. Most of the times, a simple car service trip turns into an estimate worth thousands of dollars. The cheap upsell tactics consistently instills fear into customer’s mind and most people do not like walking into an auto repair shop. A recent survey by AAA shows some staggering statistics. Two out of three auto drivers do not trust auto repair shops. An incredible 76 percent of those surveyed by AAA said they were recommended to buy unnecessary services. 73 percent said they were overcharged, and 63 percent said they had negative past experiences. Nearly half (49 percent) said that they were concerned that work won’t be done correctly. Instant Car Fix was created to solve this problem. Fantastic job!

Management is Unprofessional

As an independent contractor for this company, I would receive many job leads, but they seemed to never book me, because i would not quote them cheap enough price for labor, they would constantly ask me to quote a cheaper price for my labor. they would decline all of my quotes. finally on 4/23/2026, they booked me for a job (1 hour away). the app would not work, i never even finished onboarding because of their app. so the app wasnt working, therefore i could not complete anything in the app, there was an urgency as the customer needed their vehicle and their technicians didnt want to pick up the job or they would pick it up and cancel or not show up at all, without the app working, i decided to go do the job anyway, after completion, i wasn't paid for the job, after several calls and email, the management wont answer, nor return my calls or emails. i have original receipt from picking up the part, the core return receipt and proof from the customer that i showed up and completed the job. this company is very scammish, they hire people who aren't aware of the managements unprofessional processes. whether youre a technician or a customer needing service; do not deal with this company ! stay away!
