I bought the ultimate contract one year term and it cost me $3500. I have yet to get instant cloud mining to respond to anything that I try to make contact with him through. They keep giving the excuses that there updating their platform they keep telling me that if I purchase the 2 year contract ultimate contract that they will activate me instantly but I purchased my ultimate 1 year contract on January 29th and still have yet to be activated or contacted. I have tried to make contact with them numerous times and they refused to contact me back they just keep sending me a automatic message saying they are updating the app and I will be activated soon their website says activation is immediate That is a lie it is not immediate activation. ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT OR RETURN MY $3517. I would never purchase from ICM if I could go back to Jan. 28th.

4/29 George finally responded to my whatsapp message. He stated I will be activated by Monday at latest or I would get a FULL refund to my bitcoin account. I hope to be activated but would be happy getting my bitcoin back, even though I will receive less bitcoin than I paid due to inflation of bitcoin. At least someone (ICM) made money on my bitcoin the last 3 months.
I will keep posting as I get updates and I hope to respond with a positive statement soon.

5/12/2021 George has not responded back, no ICM response at all now. They once again lied about getting my (ultimate 1 year) paid contract fulfilled. I still have no access and I am once again just trying to get a response from Instant Cloud Mining.
It seems I may be out my $3517.00.

Do not believe the friendly reviews of this company, it is a big scam and the reviews that are nice were posted by their employees or paid for reviews.

George refuses to respond to me now and cannot make contact with anyone else from ICM. This is a scam so BEWARE AND DO NOT SEND MONEY VIA BITCOIN. He buys good reviews from companies. All customwrs have had a bad experience and lost all their money. His mining is getting new customers, that 1 time beginning fee is his gold mine.

I am a noob, so the issue i have been having started with my first bitoin transaction that i withdrew from my cash app to their wallet on the 24th of June. They have been very busy, and fairly polite, even when Ive been a big 2year old throwing a tantrum. not everything in life goes perfectly. I am excited for they have reassured me that it would be resolved tonight,,,yeah! I was really upset origionally on how long it has been taking, but my loving and supportive wife so kindly pointed out the money i should have been earning for the last 2 weeks will come all at once instead of stretchesd out over 2 weeks. Im sure glad they offered to upgrade my contract for my troubles......im excited, cant wait till later to see this great company come through on their word......
Remember, Not Any One Of Us Is Perfect---i think they have like 30 thousand customers to deal with----my company never had more than 10, so kudos for doing as good as they have been, especially with having to deal with people like me!

They stole my money and when I asked to get set up I got a message from George saying sure, you sent eth right? N that’s the first and last message I got from them ever! I sent pictures of confirmed eth sent and everything. They just ignore me!

I originally purchased a contract in April. APRIL. After months of being told one excuse after another, I still do not have a refund, NOR a working contract. I have called, sent email, whatsapp, telegram, etc. without any response. In fact, they just ignore messages now and they never even show read anymore. I have been told to be patient, but how many MONTHS does one need to be patient?
I was told on June 5th, from George, to be patient. I think 30 days is MORE than patient.

ICM is the biggest scam and these 5 start reviews are all fake they are from George and his so call team do not believe the positive reviews because they are fake!!!!
ICM will steal your money and run and give you the run around and you will never see your money again!! I had to contact the FBI and filed a scam report and the FBI even said this company is a scam so again do not sign up with them.
I bought a $499 contract almost 5 months ago with Bitcoin and never received my contract, It took me almost a month for George with ICM to reach out and promised me a full refund (of course I never got it) but all he did was lie and give me the run around so I reported them to to general attorney and the FBI so hopefully the feds can shut them down so they do not scam anyone else.
I just hope not only my experience but everyone else on here who you clearly see got scammed as well will keep you away from losing your money..
All ICM had to do was just fix the issue and refund people back but of course a scammer will never do what’s right. So just patiently waiting to here back from the FBI, So everyone else who got scammed please go online a report them to the FBI so we can shut ICM down!!

Do not invest !! The positive reviews are fake !!

I paid for a pro contract back in February and now I cant log into my account because my email isn't associated with an account anymore when I try to reset my password. I've tried getting in contact for months, I might get a short reply but that's about it. They said they've had all kinds of problems but they've had plenty of time to fix mine in particular. Still have hope so I would be happy to change my review if it gets fixed. I still have the screenshot of the 999$ transfer that they asked for.

Yet another scam site. Absolutely no communication via phone, text, WhatsApp, or tickets for 3 days. Believe me, I have tried. They will take your money and never communicate. That has been my experience so far. If I could leave a zero out of 5 stars I would. Sooooo disappointed.
