I have purchased a basic contract when will my account reflect the purchase I have made?

Hi George! I purchased a pro contract a little longer than a week ago and for a couple days nothing changed on the dashboard, it kept asking me to buy a contract. So I requested a refund through the chat and was told the refund process would be started. Still nothing has changed and there is still no indication that I've purchased a contract. I've asked how long it takes to receive the refund but no one is speaking with me. I would still be very happy to use your product if the possibility is there, maybe after the update everything will be fixed. Best regards!

-About my experience

It is the first time that I have bought a mining contract. Being new in this field, I had a lot of apprehensions about the subject. I wanted to participate in the crazy rise of crypto and profit from it. Of course, like everyone else, I came across some mainstream cloud mining site. These were a little unclear on the income; it seemed to be suspicious.

After discovering ICM, I was surprised by the interface, which is much more user friendly than the others. I like the attention paid to the software features. No other site looks like it; if you compare it to most other places, it stands out. And this is a point that proves that behind there is a real team that works hard to provide genuine service. I have noticed several scam sites, and all have some things in common. Since the mining/crypto area is risky, it is essential to trust a website to invest in it.

So if we take several points, we can conclude if it is legit or not. I share this method with you for some sites where you want to buy in general. If you pay attention to the site's design, you can detect if the owner of it is a real business or not. Most scams use templates that have the same pattern. Once their fraud is discovered, they open another by changing the colors, name, or/and the template. If I'm talking about design, it's because ICM is smartly built. There is necessarily a team of experienced developers behind.

Adding to that, before buying on any website, I always check the public reviews and opinions. Thanks to Trustpilot, we can rely on genuine, verified reviews. Since they openly work with Trustpilot, it is proof that they are trustworthy.

-About the product

So everything did not go perfectly. I bought the cheapest contract ICM Basic for 12 months, and what a mistake!

It took a week to activate my account! Yes, you heard right, a week of waiting. I thought it was a scam at first, but no, it's because of the contract I bought. I contacted the support, which by the way, is very responsive. They explained that since many people acquire this contract, they must have created a queue to avoid technical problems in their mining farm. It was their engineers who advised them to do so to prevent overloading their server. Fortunately, they offered me compensation for this wait, which is very kind of them.

For this contract, you have:
-0.005 BTC daily
-$500 weekly withdrawal limit

Now that I think about it, I should have taken the version above because it is much too restricted.

Anyway, let's talk about the effectiveness, how the use of the app goes. Since I cannot share an image or link, it will be challenging to illustrate examples. But be aware that you can mine and store these funds directly in the app. This is a strong trait of ICM. The app is all in one. It's convenient when you are like me, a person who doesn't like to install multiple apps for similar functions and pay a tremendous amount of fee.

For my part, I've been mining with ICM for two weeks. I withdraw $ 1,000 through PayPal directly. Thanks to PayPal, I can withdraw my balance instantly from my bank (Wells Fargo). It saves me several days of waiting if I have chosen to cash out directly to a bank. I will update this review throughout my journey with ICM. If I notice anything negative, I will let you know.

Despite the misgivings, know that you have a rare gem in online mining. Powerful from these talented developers, useful from these all-in-one features. Seizing the opportunity, I was fortunate to have lost very little money online. So I take full advantage of my investment in ICM, in which I have total confidence. I will invite all my contacts to invest heavily in this web application.

It is excellent, don't get me wrong, but my bank withdrawal took 2 weeks to arrive. What's happening ICM??

Ordered the ICM Pro contract. I'm on my second week and it is performing well. Recommended.

Great wallet technology. Completely free and useful when you own large amount of btc and that you don't to be hacked like Binance some time ago. They have also mining plans. Haven't purchased one but I got a free plan running since a few days, it is amazing. Sorry for my english I'm not a native english speaking person. :)
