I was thrilled to have found Instant Offices and particularly dealing with Taylah, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to what I was looking for, was quick and efficient, and looked out for our best interests. I'd highly recommend dealing with Instant Offices - it will save you so much time, and you'll end up with a great office and the best deal.

Betty listened to my requests and she understood what I was looking for and provided me with the right properties for inspection. The communication process was smooth and her responds was quick and efficient.

As an operator, we rely on our broker partners to provide clear information on the requirements of each prospect. Betty has been concise in providing detailed requirements and instrumental in engineering each deal closure with us.

It's a proxy scam. They'll grab and sell your information, bombard you with sales calls overnight, and won't do a damn thing for you.

We recently worked with Taylah Vetere to find a new office for our team. I've worked with Ashley at Instant Offices for 2 office searches in the last couple of years. Ashley was great at understanding our needs quickly and finding the exact office that met our needs at the time of each search. He took the stress out of the search and I would highly recommend him if you are starting an office search.

For a search in Manchester we were provided with a thorough search pack- upon some viewings Joshua Whateley was extremely helpful accompanying us, and all appointments were on time and ready for us to view the various properties. This excellent service has really helped with our search for premises into Manchester

We worked with Tom Costin to find our new office space between 2024 and early 2025. Tom was keen to learn about our requirements, adapted the selection of properties to view as he narrowed down what we were looking for, and was always willing to answer questions/share questions with landlords of properties. He was friendly, diligent and easy to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Instant Offices to a contact.

We have now used Instant and specifically Ashley Gray for our last 4 office moves across the UK. The service has been nothing short of sensational. From really getting to understand your budget, needs, location and personal touches to detailed well orchestrated tours and sensational contract negotiation and discount/savings, they did it all!
