I've been working with the Instant Group for 6+ years to source and negotiate co-working space. All of their sales reps go above and beyond with provide exceptional and timely client service and are all experts in the particulars of the markets they cover. Instant Group goes beyond the sale of co-working space, they are strategic Real Estate partners and look at the wholistic strategy of their clients to inform their recommendations.

Taylah was great! she was proactive, responsive and I felt like I had a personal leasing agent working for me to find the right space for my business. Could not recommend highly enough and will use her and instant offices again in the future.

I have called the company three times, twice leaving a message to call back because they were advertising a virtual office space I was interested in.
After 3 days I have heard nothing, there appears to be no record of me calling either.
Not a great first impression, will go elsewhere.

It's a garbage company. If you need an office that will work, then go somewhere else.
Their contract is quite sketchy, they charge you fees and mention that it's coz of this and that. Save yourself headaches, and don't waste time and energy renting with them.

I have received over 18 phone calls and I never asked them to call me. My account wasn't even created!

Absolute rubbish. You're stuck in a loop to create a profile to which you can never login... but then you get spammed by tens of calls and emails including early saturday morning calls about the same stuff... absolute disgrace.

I've enquired about a specific office listed on their website for ~£100/month. I received a call from a random other company offering 2 offices for 350 and 500 per month.

I provided the specific postcode for the office I was enquiring about, it was ignored and kept pushing the more expensive options I did not enquire about.

They clearly create fake posts for non-existent cheap offices.

Waste of time.

Another point: you can register but you can't actually log in! Emails to support result in automated irrelevant responses.
